We have used this company for many, many years. Honestly, they have now lost our trust. Long story short, our Home Heating and air quit working. It is now 6 months later and it’s not fixed . The repair person promised 2 days not 6 months. They have failed appointments, installed the wrong parts, and failed to return calls. It’s a lot of empty promises and unskilled employees. Would suggest you look elsewhere if you’re wanting prompt and professional service In

Adam and his crew did a fantastic job removing the old HVAC equipment and ducts cleanly and installing the new system and ducts perfectly, professionally and on time. Everyone was super friendly, very courteous, informative, and very conscious of maintaining closed doors for the security of indoor pets. I secured multiple estimates for the job, and I made the right choice with JR Putman.
We were the first customers with you with the original owner. We have purchased three units through the years. The last two appointments I have had have been canceled four times, and left us hanging. Not even a courtesy call. When our appointment got canceled the other day, we were done. We moved on with another air conditioning company. It is the loss of JR Putman not putting in our next unit. Haven’t even made an attempt to keep us as a customer, Wow, have you gone downhill? I have an outstanding technician with Bell brothers, Jason DeMarco. If you want a good technician ask for Jason.
I have had success working with the techs from JR Putnam on a problem with a warranty repair. They have been helpful, knowledgeable and patient while explaining what was going wrong. I would only have them complete the repair. It has been done now, and the techs were able to overcome the usual problems with installing replacement parts.
Always meet expectations of quality service and straight forward assessment of the systems performance.

Jr putman made me lose my AAA insurance 2019 they told my insurance I had no leaks I kept calling them out to my house regarding water coming out of all 3 bathrooms laundry room& kitchen from 2018 -2020. & Culligan water systems plumbing pipe is attached to my main sewer plumbing pipe Culligan water crack that pipe installing the system in 2018 Jr putman I kept telling them water coming out of that back pipe they never can find the leak for years later affordable plumbing found the leak December 1st 2022 and is now repaired had to pay $1,800 I got red flag because of this leak if this company would helped me find that leak when AAA was my insurance I would not have lost my insurance & my house would be fix properly . As of now it's still need build back I have not received any compensation from any insurance company &it's Jr putman fault I'm suffering to this day. 3-4 years ago if this company found my leaks I wouldn't have lost so much money and insurance would help me properly. To this day right now I receive no help because they think that I am frauding them when I am really the victim and I blame Jr putman for making me lose my insurance by not finding no leaks & Lying stating I have No leaks,when I have proof there's leaks everywhere where is water. I would love to be compensated from this company I called them out regarding each one of the bathrooms water was coming through the ceilings to the downstairs I called them out for my kitchen they've been to my house over 20 times and they told my insurance I had no leaks but I did repay I had to pay for new plumbing pipe Snoopy traps new valves and I found leaks everything that they said was a lie and I was like conversation from them but they don't respond to me when I told them that they lied to AAA and got me red flag and my house has not been helped properly since they lied there unprofessional they look in your face as they lie. All this put me in the hospital for 23 day gave me and aneurysm. I am a very unha

Joey was punctual, good natured and efficient. Service/inspection took less than 1/2 hour...he provided report electronically shortly after work was done. He reminded me that I should have a hose nearby in the future in case the condenser needs to be cleaned (not necessary today)
