Barrett Claytor from Service Champions did an excellent job today in fixing the issues related to our home AC system. He was quick to make the correct diagnosis as to why the system wasn't generating cold air and did the necessary repair work very efficiently with great expertise. He was friendly, polite and very professional. Also gave us valuable suggestions and advice regarding proper maintenance of our home's H&AC system. Glad we chose Service Champions for the service today .
Ben from Service Champions showed up today to go over replacement options for my AC system. He was very informative and provided clear explanation on the pros and cons of different options and helped me decide on the right system for my house without any pressure. He was kind and very friendly and I really enjoyed his visit. Really love the service delivered by Service Champions.
Mario did a great job servicing our 3 furnaces and 3 AC units. He was on time, respectful and very professional.

Kyle went up and beyond in fixing my air conditioner problem. He wasn't going to leave until it was working properly. We were so blessed to get him as our tech even though he is the manager. He wanted to come because he didnt want us to wait til the afternoon since it was going to be so hot. Thank you Kyle.
On June 7th we mistakenly used this company for a tune up on our AC unit. the previous week, there were some 90-degree days, and the AC unit was not keeping up. A guy named M Jess ( on the invoice) came out to look at it from Service Champions. He checked it out and came back saying that it was a very old unit and needed replacement and gave some other options. We weren't asking for that. we just wanted the $89 deal to tune it up. He wanted to charge us $1500 to add Freon, Option 1-he gave us a quote for $2700 for a diagnosis due to freon was low. Option 2- a quote for $2383 for a system renovations and Option 3-lastly, the option for replacement was $4000-8000. Fortunately, we have a home warranty so only paid him the $89 charge and he went on his way. we would have used the home warranty first except they don't do tune ups, just repairs. the guy at service champions did nothing. the next day, the home warranty guy came out and said the caps were missing and that is why Freon was lower than normal. He replaced the caps, inspected unit and there was no leak or problem. He said it was not that old and worked fine. He tested it after adding freon for $200 and it was fine. It has been working fine ever since. We have some neighbors that are much older and I worry for ppl that may have just taken this guy at his word and paid a lot of money for services they did not need. I ended up calling the company back and asking for a refund. they gave me one.

Ron and his group were here before 8 am and ready to go to work. They worked very hard and were experienced in installation of AC/furnace. Ron even stayed to help me set the computer thermostat, which I do not think I could have done without him. All works great.
Yearly maintenance. Great service. Technician was very helpful. Also simple explanation of my unit and smart thermostat.

Salvatore came right on time and got right to business. Afterward he explained to me how long my 15 year old A C was expected to last and what I could do to make it last. Will have him again in Fall to check my heater.

The technician name was Jose I did not see him listed he was very knowledgeable, neat cleaned up work area the job was scheduled for 8-10 arrival he arrived at 7:45 so A+ for being punctual
