The team of David and Gustavo installed three new HVAC systems at my home consisting of furnaces and outside AC units. The work done was nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, David displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise, and he was a pleasure to work with. He carefully assessed the requirements of the space, providing valuable recommendations that suited my needs perfectly. The installation process was smooth and efficient, with meticulous attention to detail evident in every step. Everything operates as promised and I now have optimal cooling and heating throughout the house. David’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and his quality workmanship would have me recommend Art’s for anyone needing an HVAC replacement.
Great service exceptional staff
Extremely satisfied with the level of service and the quality of work that David and his crew from Art's H&C provided us. After receiving a quote from a larger operation in the area, I called Art's for a competing quote. When David came out, rather than inspecting the unit, he looked at our home holistically to understand our needs. We have a unique situation with a zoned system. After some consideration he formulated a plan that he believed would work best for us and offered better equipment at a reasonable price. I think it is important to support local small businesses, but to also receive services of this caliber from one of the nicest guys you would ever meet, I can't imagine taking my HVAC business anywhere else.
My furnace stopped working overnight, so I immediately searched for a company with a good online reputation. And I am happy that I found Art’s Heating and Cooling based on great reviews. David, the owner, was very responsive, and did a fantastic job replacing my furnace and AC with a competitive price.
We highly recommend Art’s as they’re honest and caring. Our AC went out on Labor Day (during the heatwave) and while all other competitors couldn’t see us for a week, the owner (David) of Art’s called us back to make sure we at least had the fan working to get us through until he could see us on Wed morning at 6:30 AM (ahead of his work day). As you can imagine, all AC service vendors are in high demand with AC units breaking down. He came and replaced our capacitor for $270 and 30 mins later, we have AC again!! Thank you David!! During the peak temperature days, my A/C system failed due to the age of the system. I talked to various installers and immediately selected Art's Heating & Cooling after speaking to David. David was able to assess my HVAC issue due to his years of experience and was able to provide a rough estimate, the best part is that he will be available for the replacement install in few days! David and Gustavo arrived on time and patiently explained the install and answered all the questions I had. Their work was extremely clean and efficient, my entire HVAC was replaced within a day, their attention to detail to the install was impeccable to ensure everything around the area was cleaned and nothing was damaged. At the end of the install David tested the HVAC system (both cooling and heating) and checked temperature output as well as help set up a schedule on the newly installed thermostat. I can't thank David and Gustavo enough on the quality of their work as I now have extremely cold air in the house to battling these 100+ degree heat! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Art's Heating and Cooling for anyone to are looking at repair or replacement of their HVAC system.
I had planned on giving David 5 stars based on just the initial visit I had with him. From the time I called him, he was so incredibly helpful and honest. He let me know my AC was very old and there was a chance he may not have the right parts to fix it but was open to coming to take a look. I know NOTHING about AC units and he thoroughly and patiently explained everything that was going on and my options to fix it. I agreed with his plan and he went ahead and fixed it relatively quickly. He stayed to make sure everything was working properly. He even cleaned out my filters and showed me how to do it for next time. Flash forward a couple of days and our thermostat and AC stopped working again (completely unrelated to his initial visit). I had a terrible electrician come to look at it which made the situation worse. I reached out to David because he was so knowledgeable and he instantly had me texting him pictures and was trying to help me work through the issue. We were not able to solve the issue over the phone and he insisted on coming to look at it in person. He found the issue, fixed it and did not charge me for the subsequent visit. He is a true professional and I will continue to use him whenever an issue arises. I wish that I could give him 10 stars.
If you are having heating or air conditioning issues, you really should consider calling Art's Heating & Cooling. I called a few companies to get some quotes on replacing my HVAC system. I heavily rely on reviews when researching companies and so I would like to publicly praise this company and tell you about my whole experience. They, by far, are the best company I have worked with so far as a newer homeowner. David took my initial call and spoke to me for about 20 min answering all my questions. He was very honest and upfront about everything and walked me through some of the options he thought I had based on my existing units and the number of vents in my house. He even gave me a rough estimate over the phone, which was extremely helpful. Due to this first phone call with David, I knew I had to get them out for a quote! And it was free with no strings attached. Due to my work constraints, David was able to schedule me for a consultation with Youhan two days later. Youhan exceeded my expectations. He was prompt, respectful, professional, came wearing a mask and never once did I feel pressured into making a decision that day. He looked at my existing units and explained in detail all the different choices I had. They aligned with what David had mentioned on our phone conversation. I felt extremely comfortable around him and, although getting a new HVAC system doesn't come cheap, I viewed his quote as very reasonable. He even took additional calls from me after hours when I needed more information on the system I chose and I thought I would get his voicemail. He followed up with me by phone and text prior to the installation to make sure I was comfortable and ready. Both Youhan and David are extremely dedicated to their work and I think they are two of the most honest men in this business. Due to additional constraints on my end, I couldn't schedule the installation for about a week. But when I was ready, they were able to schedule me right away since they knew
My house is 30 years old, and heating stopped working suddenly. I called several HVAC companies, and David @ Art's Heating & Cooling is very compassionate and responsive. The manager Youhan arrived next day and did a professional inspection with detailed explanation on options and very considerate package. At the end, David nailed down a great deal to proceed. Very impressive. The installation is swift and great quality. The installation team, Gustaf and Andrew, also shows professionalism, and installed up to the code. They did a great job on the project and delivered in time with thorough testing. The site is well finished and very clean. The explanation covered all aspects and can answer all my questions. Youhan also did a follow up with the project and delivered a magnet sticker next day. The HVAC system is amazing. Truly 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.
I can’t thank David, Youhan and all the team at Art’s Heating & Cooling for their outstanding service. Our 22+ year old HVAC system broke during the extreme August heat and they installed a new system within 24 hours of our call. We had two other contractors quote the job - all were more expensive, less responsive and a long sales presentation! Youhan was clear, concise and not pushy - providing us with a number of options both for pricing and performance. Having no knowledge of HVAC systems, I felt educated and in good hands with Art’s Heating & Cooling. Trustworthy, professional and very knowledgeable. Our new system is wonderful and the after care has been timely and easy. From permit application to Title 24 inspection, Art’s Heating & Cooling co-ordinated everything. Small local business that are genuine and hard working. Never have I had a more pleasant experience with contractors. Highly recommend, we were referred to Art’s by happy neighbors who also had a wonderful experience.

This review is on a phone call I had with Art a few weeks ago. My heater kept kicking off. I'm always nervous to call a professional in any trade because so many are dishonest and try to sell you a bunch of products and services you don't need at hugely inflated prices. Art was able to help me figure out over the phone that my problem was just that I had too many vents closed and my system was overheating. He didn't even charge me anything. Thank you ART! He also helped me figure ot that I needed to leave our doors open upstairs to help the heat disperse evenly. Thus help solve the problem of my daughter's room being too hit and ours being too cold. I definitely recommend ART. He really cares about his customers and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I was lucky enough to find Art's Heating and Cooling about a month ago when one of our AC units had failed. Johan came over and clearly explained what was wrong and gave us options. Seems like they sell only the Lennox brand which offer very good units. After we signed the paperwork, he managed to get us a much better unit for the same price! Basically larger and more efficient. That went so well, we replaced our other unit as well. AND WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!!! As you can imagine. It is "El Scorchio" Thanks!
Art’s Heating and Cooling is PHENOMENAL!! Last Thursday I made an online appointment with an ac service provider as the fan for my second floor split system unit stopped turning. The next morning they said they couldn’t come out til the next day, Saturday. After calling several others and being told the same thing I called Art’s. Immediately they sounded like they cared about my predicament with the beginning of this unprecedented heat waive already starting. Though fully booked they squeezed me in. Youhan Badal, my tech arrived as scheduled and was fantastic. By time I got outside after telling him where the units were he had the fan running! He discovered a tripped switch on the outside fuse box and simply turned it back on. The most likely cause was repairmen who recently replaced siding on that side of the house and forgot to turn it back on. After hearing so many horror stories of repair people creating repair issues where none existed this level of honesty and integrity make this provider my GO TO shop whenever I have any heating or cooling appliance issues. Even after changing a 13 year old capacitor at my request my total bill was SHOCKINGLY REASONABLE, made the entire experience put a smile on my face. I simply could not recommend them more.
I had an amazing experience with Art's Heating and Cooling. I was having intermittent issues with my AC, and Youhan came out to give me a second opinion after the first company I worked with botched the diagnosis and wanted a bunch of money to fix the problem. Youhan figured out it was just a problem with my new thermostat and fixed it same day. I couldn't recommend them more!
Art’s Heating and Cooling was referred to me when I was getting quotes to replace our HVAC. As I read through the Yelp reviews, I give them a call because they are a local independent business with a number of positive reviews. He listened to our concerns regarding the existing system and thoroughly assessed our system. He explained the benefits we’d see of a new system and indicated the design flaws with the existing system. He noted what he could do to solve the some of the issues but the overall design was a limitation. Since we recently purchased our house, a remodel and system redesign, was not in our budget. David didn’t try to upsell the higher end models and wanted to address our concerns with a reasonable solution. In the end, I am very pleased with the new system and I genuinely felt like David cared about making sure my family was comfortable and within our budget. David is a great guy! He answers his own phone, shows up on time, knows his business, explained everything he was doing, and charged a very fair price to replace both units. The whole experience really couldn't have gone any better. His crew installed both units in one day, were meticulously detailed, and clean. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need more HVAC help. I highly recommend Art’s Heating and Cooling!
Art's Heating and Cooling is by far the best place to go for any heating and cooling questions, repairs, or installations. I can't say enough good things about David and his company. He is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I truly would not have anyone else. They deserve 10 stars!!!
My air conditioner was running but not blowing any cool air. I contacted David, the owner and he managed to squeeze me in for a service call the same day. He notified me that he would be coming 15 minutes earlier than planned and he fixed my problem in no time at all. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent. I highly recommend his company!

They were on time, price was more than reasonable, David explained everything in detail, let’s just say they are a 5 star company.
