Hired them for annual HVAC maintenance service since my usual HVAC company never return my calls. Scheduling with JJ was easy and I appreciate their text confirmation system, with picture of the technician prior to the service. Diego was the technician who serviced my system and he was very professional and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.
Updated: the VP eventually came with the crew and reinstalled the piping on the outside, so it looks professionally done. JJ Heating and Air is one of the very few Mitsubishi certified contractors in my area, so I had only 3-4 options to choose from. I chose them because of good Yelp reviews, good warranty and immediate availability. The results were hit and miss. While I can hope that the technical setup of the equipment was done professionally and is covered by warranty backed by Mitsubishi, I cannot give the management of the project and the attention to the details more than D. It started with the small detail and got worse and worse. They had to run the 220 v cable on the wall inside the house. I asked ahead of time whether I should get a channel to hide the cable inside. They assured me that the cable would be grey and would blend with the wall. Sure enough, cable was bright orange and the channel that I wisely purchased ahead of time just in case saved the day. However, their installation was sloppy. The photo showing the channel installed and the dings on the moldings made by the installer is attached. The first crew that came do the installation was maskless (despite the stated policy), did not let me know where they would be drilling the walls so I could cover furniture, used my equipment without even asking my permission, left construction dust and trash on my furniture and in the open boxes that they did not move out of the way, and, the worst of it, they ran piping in a sloppy fashion, without any consideration for making the pipes less visible from the street, which is important to me due to the HOA restrictions. They were supposed to return next day. I sent a letter to the management and refused to let them back into my house. The owner apologized and sent another crew. This crew was polite, more diligent with their work, re-did how the pipes were routed, but still left unfinished business behind. I had to hold off paying second half of the payme
Honest, Great work, fast response & quick installation in the dead of winter. Excellent response time. Fair & good pricing. Highly recommend this hometown company that helped us in 17° winter weather after American Home Warranty screwed us over repeatedly & installed items not even up to code. J&J replace d those items with no cost to us. They are a wealth of information & we had an excellent experience with them. Thank you! Thank you! We truly appreciated their help. We needed a new HVAC unit as I wanted to replace the gas furnace with a heat pump. At the end got a brand new heat pump plus a new higher capacity furnace and hopefully this will be far more efficient with heating and cooling and reducing gas bills. It was great to work with these guys - a+ service from the time I reached out for a quote to working with their payments team on adjustments and discounts. Stephen was a great comfort specialist (I learned that they are not called just 'sales' in HVAC) - incredibly responsive, patient and complete transparency throughout every step of the process. Aaron and Matteo came to install during the scheduled time, walked me through each step and even gave advice on how I can continue improving the air flow and increase the efficiency of my older home. All in all, a fantastic experience throughout - and this was my first major HVAC work done but I will highly recommend anyone looking for a good deal and good folks driving the business.
Great experience with JJ Heating and AC. Steven Kobold who sold us the AC was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He wasn’t a pushy salesman, he took the time to sit with us and make sure we got the best option for our needs. David led the installation and everything happened without any issues. Enjoyed working with them and highly recommend for those in need of their services.

Outstanding service at all levels. Ires was very responsive in scheduling the work and complying with the HOA guidelines. Diego, the technician called to let us know he was coming. After analyzing the problem, he explained thoroughly is analysis and his resolution and cost estimate which I approved. I would definitely use JJ again.
Fixed it real quick. Very professional and I’m satisfied
$175 to have an inexperienced tech com out and tell me there is a leak. He didn't look to pin point where the leak was and didn't repair it. Gave me a quote to replace the entire unit. Owner was very good and called me to discuss options as replacing such a new unit didn't sound correct. Big kudo's to him for looking into it. But, by then I had scheduled another company which came and did the repair which took 15 min plus time to recharge the compressor. The owner seemed very nice, but bottom line is it cost me $175 to have someone with no experience tell me I had a leak, which I already knew. Follow Up Comment - As you can see from the owners response (see below) to the above initial comment by me, the is a professional who cares about his business and customers. It is rare you get a person who did what he did without asking in terms of calling me when he saw something that didn't seem right with the tech's initial visit and responding here the way he did. I would trust him with my future business even though the first time out wasn't perfect as he seems to care about his customers and clearly backs up his work. I wish more businesses were run by people like Aaron.
JJ heating and air excellent people especially the service manager Diego and his technician Daniel clean on time courtesy tells you everything what’s going on when they finished closed up everything lock everything up very happy I have them I’ll be using them for the rest of my life

Our AC stopped working and it happened during the hottest days recently. Our realtor reached out to JJ Heating & Air Conditioning and Daniel was at our house the next day! Customer service was very friendly and flexible with time. Daniel arrived on time wearing a mask being vaccinated. It took him 15 minutes to figure out the problem and solve it! It was magic and I called him magician Daniel ! He saved our health and the health of our fur baby who suffered in a very hot house. Kudos for the outstanding service and special kudos to Daniel, the magician! He was very professional, efficient, friendly and kind. The technician was very knowledgeable as well as friendly and ensured to troubleshoot the issue step by step. He was respectful and ensured the place was was very clean while and after the visit . I highly recommend them.
My wife and I had a new updated heating system and installed a new AC system. We really appreciate how professional and easy it is to communicate with the company. Specifically, Arron has taken great care of us from day 1 and even came out last minute to check in on our AC system when he did not have to. We are nothing but happy with our choice to go with J&J!
Where do I begin? Super blessed to have discovered JJ Heating and Air Conditioning. Daniel came out and got everything going very quickly and soon our place is nice and cool again.
