Every experience we have had with Air Synergy has been a pleasant one. They installed our new furnace and Air conditioning system a year ago, and have just performed it's first maintenance service. Anea was fabulous on the phone keeping me updated as to the technician’s arrival. Shaun was fabulous as well during the installation. My mother has Alzheimer’s disease and he was very kind, patient, and used a soft tone. They are very professional and customer service oriented!
I have had them repair my a/c twice, and they have been fast, efficient, and reasonably priced both times. Highly recommend!
they repaired our ice machine they cleaned and inspected our compressor for our walk-in cooler box. they were on time they were very polite and explained what our problems were in languages that i could under stand i would would absolutely recommend them with an A plus. thanks guys Antioch Lions Club
I contacted Air Synergy on Sunday because our AC (installed by another company) went out and the house was getting hot. The owner, Alberto, came out the next day and quickly identified the problem - a plugged furnace filter that another company was supposed to have replaced during a semiannual audit of our systems, but they didn’t. What a waste they were. I also had Air Synergy replace my second HVAC system last year and they did a great job. Why did I ever use the other company for anything?
I hired Air Synergy after interviewing four leading area HVAC companies to install three ductless units in my house. Alberto explained the process very well and gave me some good tips on the type of system I needed and where to install the units. The installation day was a long day but the guys were able to get it done in one day. There were a few kinks - which is expected for a job this large - but Alberto and the crew were all very responsive and are in the process of taking care of the issues. It's crystal clear that they care about their customers and are extremely responsive to their customers' concerns. I would highly recommend Alberto and his crew.
The technician Luis Perez provided excellent customer service. He did a great job and answered all customer’s concerns and questions. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Air Synergy installed a heat pump in our home a year ago, and completed a thorough annual inspection & service today. I've been so impressed with their expertise & professionalism in every interaction, that I've also hired them to take care of 12 commercial HVAC units on the office building I manage.

Air Synergy really bailed us out! Our Fujitsu mini-split system was originally installed by another company, and we have had nothing but problems with it. It never got very warm in the winter and blew room temperature air in the summer when it was supposed to be cooling. During the triple-digit heat wave in the summer, my wife ended up taking our son out of town to escape the heat because our units just weren't working properly. We had that other company out several times, but they were never able to fix it. Air Synergy technicians were able to identify problems with the install immediately and found multiple issues that needed resolving. Alberto, the manager, was transparent and easy to work with and was very accommodating. Jose, the technician who did most of our work, was wonderful. He was skilled but unassuming, efficient but personable and very thoughtful. Our son ended up going down for a nap during the repairs, and Jose tried to be as quiet as possible as he worked and whispered to us when he needed to consult with us. In the end, Air Synergy was able to completely repair our system and it now works brilliantly. They also made practical adjustments as they went so that it would be easy to make repairs to our units in the future. We are so grateful for their skilled and thoughtful work and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I was referred to Alberto at Air Synergy by a neighborhood friend who used them to upgrade the AC at his house. Alberto was responsive and happy to discuss my project - adding a split AC/heat system to a small studio/accessory building in my back yard - and came by for a site inspection and quote only a few days after we first spoke. I compared his quote against another company recommended by another trusted source (our general contractor), and Air Synergy was less expensive and able to schedule the install sooner. The crew from Air Synergy showed up on time, did a great job prepping the job site (including clearing some plants and moving a storage box), installed the unit without any disruptions or drama, finished on time and left the site as clean as they found it. So far the unit is operating as expected. I would definitely recommend Alberto and Air Synergy to others!
Air Synergy is the best in the business and should be your first choice when looking for HVAC needs. We did a brand new installation about a month ago and going into the hottest weekend of the year, we are extremely grateful for their fantastic service. We went through about 6 different quotes and even considered installing a DIY ductless unit ourselves until we found out you only get the manufacturer warranty if a certified professional performs the installation. Alberto left a great impression immediately when he came out for an estimate. Most companies will only install units they provide and what they sized, but Alberto was not most companies. First, he was perfectly fine to install a particular brand and model that we purchase ourselves but explained why its more cost effective to go with units they provide. Not only do they offer better labor/parts warranty, but after looking at the specs for a cassette unit we considered, he explained the complexity involved with the installation, how much it could cost, and how it could affect our future bedroom addition plans. Second, he was very keen on an installation that not only functioned well but looked great in the home. He took the time to show photos of the best looking units as well as how they look in their previous installations. He even suggested we go with a half ducted and half ductless system so the bedrooms would not have the mini split head units mounted on the wall. All the quotes we received were around the same price range, but Alberto provided a quote that we felt offered the best value. He selected parts and a condenser unit that would be ready for a future bedroom addition. We even added the removal of 10 baseboard heaters. Overall it was a big project and Martha walked us through all the financing options, answering any questions we had. Even with supply chain issues, Alberto was able to get all the parts within a couple weeks. The project started on time and the team was amazing. Josue, Shawn,
I am an architect and the Gree mini-split system installed 3 years ago by others had developed issues. They fixed the problem, had excellent communication and I will use them again.
Luis Perez did an awesome job today in getting my a.c. going. He really went the extra mile and I highly recommend him and Air Synergy!

I recently had my furnace and water heater replaced along with air ducts. Alberto was very responsive, and he took the time to understand the heating issues in my house. I had a couple of meetings with him and was satisfied with his various proposals. I am satisfied with the service provided and would recommend Air Synergy.
