I can HIGHLY recommend Milano! We needed our 28 year old furnace replaced and found Zach and Tony extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly to all of our questions and concerns. Their quote was very fair and competitive. The installation crew was every bit as professional as our interactions with the office. Very clean install and left our garage cleaner than when they started! Wouldnt hesitate to call these guys!
Our experience with Milano Mechanical has been nothing but the best, from the quick and reasonable estimate to Tony answering a series of questions regarding the equipment to be installed, down to the installation crew who were so nice and organized and considerate. They went above and beyond with their customer service and even went to get us a new filter before leaving the job. The entire process was super smooth and painless and the best part is we finally have heat after two weeks of freezing in the house! Thank you so much for the great experience all around!

Tony is AMAZING. Our A/C unit stopped worked today and it is 100 outside. Called several mechanical contractors only to be told next appt is one to two weeks out. Left a message for Milano Mechanical and Tony called me back within 20 minutes. As luck would have it he was in our neighborhood and came right over. On top of that he had the part needed in his van to bring our AC unit back to life. Would highly recommend this company. Great service, extremely knowledgeable and fair. Thank you Tony.
I Highly Recommend Tony's Company!!!! Over the Hottest weekend in history on Labor day 2022 My parents of 80+years had their Air Conditioner break down!.. I really didn't think we would get Help in enough time for my elderly parents to stay Cool during this historical heat wave. But, I called! To my surprise Tony answered on his Day Off!. Wow! The Next Morning he showed up and repaired our AC unit!! Low affordable cost and Professional mixed with true kindness, Tony made it a Stress Free and easy fix Day!! We are Highly Recommending him .. Last evening, my AC quit working on one of the hottest days of the year in Petaluma (112F). I woke this morning and called Tony at Milano Mechanical at 8:30… Tony arrived shortly thereafter to my home at 9:15. After replacing a capacitor and giving my unit a quick tune-up, my AC was back in working order by 9:45. With my outdoor thermometer currently reading 115F, I couldn’t be more satisfied with Tony and Milano Mechanical. Thank you, Tony!! I will recommend this company to all friends and family.
We have seen the Milano Mechanical team in our neighborhood with reasonable frequency. An urgent need for exhaust/ventilation system replacement and new exhaust stack installation arose, so we called Milano. Tony Milano and Zach were able to visit within a week and assess the project scope and scale in a thorough and professional manner, giving us considerable confidence that they could execute the job on a short timetable and at reasonable expense. After some consideration, the estimate was accepted. Milano was excellent in the site preplanning stage, coordinating via email and messages or calls on precise timing of the job. The crew of Tony, Zach and Tyler arrived on time every day for the three day project, with a very well equipped truck and tool kits. There was never the “ oh, we don’t have this or that” type of excuse making that delays things. Milano had everything they needed, reflecting thoughtful and efficient preparation. The job unfolded with military-like precision. It was terrific to see a team of professionals work so well together and so collaboratively. These gentlemen know what they are doing and have an easy going good humor about them. The job was finished on time without any snafus. The Milano team was extremely careful of interiors and exteriors and considerate of neighbors when on their adjoining property. Some contractors come in and gratuitously tear things open. Tony and his team were far more careful, approaching the job with surgical precision which preserved a lot of expensive interior trim that did not have to be disturbed. We offer the strongest endorsement of Milano Mechanical and would use them again without a moment’s thought. Tony and his team are consummate professionals and a pleasure to work with.

I had an emergency with my gas main and Tyler returned my call immediately and Justin arrived shortly afterward to restore my gas. Everyone was very efficient, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend. I would definitely use again.

Tony and the Milano Mechanical team are the best in the business! Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had with a trades service. They came and installed an AC unit for our house right before we had a baby in August and boy were we thankful, with a month of 95 plus degree weather! They were super fast, professional, and affordable. Great guys and awesome at what they do. Couldn't recommend them more! Thanks guys.
Milano mechanical was amazing. We woke up Friday morning to a house at a bombing 56 degrees not knowing what was going on. I called Tony and he came out that same day to check our HVAC out. Came up with two solutions to our 20 year old HVAC and we decided to replace it. He was able to get the job done fast and efficient.
