I’ve been a customer for years and they were ok. Today they are a shadow of what they were. I called them 3 times to come and give me a price to replace my 20 year old A:C unit and never heard back from them. I’ve moved on

From the installation of my HVAC system nearly 8 years ago through the twice annual "tune ups", Paul's has always provided me with top notch service. The annual service contract is reasonably priced and the service techs are always polite and professional. I appreciate that I receive a call to let me know that a tech is on the way and that they honor the appointment times. I've never been left waiting. I highly recommend Paul's.

Horrible experience. The absolute worse customer service I've been subjected to in years!! They didn't drop the ball once, but at least 6 times!
Paul is the man ! We had this tricky HVAC unit that was really wonky. Going on and off. Others had tried to fix and failed. He installed a Kickstarter unit which was covered by warranty and we are back enjoying the cool life again. We are Signing up for their semi annual maintenance program. Got a problem AC unit - Call Paul !
Always provide excellent service. Have now used them in two different homes and they go the extra mile, which is important living in the desert. They understand air conditioning systems and get them fixed right when others are unable. Thank you for your great service.
We own a rental place in Palm Springs and, living two hours away, Paul's has rescued us more than once. Every single time, Paul's has responded in a timely manner, completed the work quickly and charged a very fair rate. After having a plumber charge us $225 to plug in a water heater that was unplugged by a painter, we are so grateful to have such an honest service company that we can count on every time. Highly recommend!

Paul’s Air Conditioning Service has not disappointed 2 times in a row. On a hot Sunday when all my friends that repair AC were busy. On a Hot Thursday night about 8:30pm. The on call technicians are knowledgeable and were able to fix my problem on the same night. Brian the technician from Thursday night is super knowledgeable on the repair. The second he looked at the York system he already knew. Pricing is fair. Thank you for providing a great service to the Coachella Valley.
So far, so good! I live in a landlord owned duplex, called Paul and within the hour had Romeo out to diagnose the problem, looks like we have a bad compressor! Will be repaired within the week!
Paul’s, Hi my name is Doug Showalter and I had a service call on Friday May 15 and Brian was the service technician who performed the work and also installed a Nest thermostat. He was amazing, patient, and extremely knowledgeable with the work he did. In the future for all my service needs, if possible, I would like to have Brian do my work even if I have to wait. Steller Company I’m still somewhat new to the Coachella Valley and the desert—a Southern and an Atlanta transplant. With the intense heat of the summers here, I need a reliable company to service and maintain my air conditioning—one that I can trust and feel completely confident they will “tell me like it is” and never over-bill me. Many of us, who juggle bills, understand how important this is—to trust a company that takes pride in their work and is honest. I also take care of my sister who is deemed 100 percent disabled from her 20-year service in the Army. Due to her disabilities, I have to make sure she is comfortable during our summer stretches of heat. I called Paul's Air Conditioning & Heating due to a recommendation from a neighbor. I found Paul and his employees to be stellar and trustworthy, and he personally oversaw the work due to its special circumstances and did so promptly understanding my need in relation to my sister's; taking care of my air conditioning repairs professionally. Paul's Air Conditioning & Heating is now: my go-to-company for any of my air conditioning needs.
I live two doors down from one of their techs. He likes to come home completely wasted at 330am and wake-up the entire neighborhood playing loud music and honking his horn. Then he gets in his Pauls AC van and goes to work three hours later. I have literally seen him carrying more beer into his house to drink at 3am. I notified the company via email, but they didnt respond. I guess its ok as long as he isn't DUI in the company van. I don't have a need for their service. But if I did, I would call ANYONE else first.
Used Paul's twice and will continue to call them! They are very nice and reasonable. After being scammed by another company it's great to have a company we can trust!
Excellent service, quality techs and personal interest in the customer by the owner. They stand by their work and make sure you are satisfied. In fact, when I had to repair a unit, 3 companies bid. 2 wanted to replace the whole system for over $6,000. Paul's came in, took the time to evaluate the problem and said all I needed as a new outside unit, not a whole system. Cost $2,400 versus over $6K. We only deal with Paul's now.
