We had a great experience with this company. The workers were on time, pleasant, and cleaned up completely. So glad we chose West Coast.
We hired West Coast to install our heat pump system (ductless and ducted). These guys were great! All the installers (Eli, Aaron, and Jake) were extremely neat and considerate while working inside the house. The foremen on our job (Nate and Alex) communicated with us on every step of what they were doing, and consulted us as to where we wanted equipment located, rather than just putting it wherever it was easiest for them. We are very happy with the install of our heat system!
Horrible driving almost caused a multi car accident on Victoria forcing there way to the turn left lane for Ralston around 5pm cutting across multiple lanes almost hitting multiple cars. Please explain to your drivers that missing a turn is not the end of the world. Go around the block or look at the directions better beforehand.
Adam was the best. He was not only on time but very professional with a friendly smile. He was fast and he did an excellent job installing the heater. He also cleaned up the mess!!! I would highly recommend this company.
I was so pleased at how promptly Jim at West Coast A/C got back to me and scheduled the service call, and how polite, punctual and professional Josh was when he came out and looked at my system. Their estimate came promptly and was very fair. The best service of any company I've contacted, by far.
We've used West Coast Air for two projects and we are very happy with the results of each. We had a whole house fan put in a few years ago and now a heat pump / mini-split ductless system in our 1939 home. Installation was excellent, on time, and at a fair price. Ben's quotes were professional, the work crew kept things neat and clean, and Nate provided insight on the installation and reviewed the work when the team was done. We recommend WCA to everyone!

I was very pleased with the response time for my appointment. Art was on time, very professional and friendly! It did not take him very long to figure out why my heater would not turn on. Thankfully, the problem was minor and I was only charged for a service call. Art was very knowledgeable and overall I was extremely pleased with West Coast Air Conditioning! I will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future!
I have used them for decades for commercial work and this was the first time at my home. The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. For our commercial needs they replaced a group of AC units and I shopped around even it was going to likely use them and their price was correct without any further discussion.
We needed our furnace replaced and wanted to add air conditioning. I'm a pretty technical guy but not when it comes to heating and air. The first call I made was to West Coast Air and they set me up an appointment with Letti. All I can say about Miss Letti is WOW. Incredibly knowledgeable, nice, thorough and most of all not rushed. She answered every question I had and told me to get my other estimates. Well after a "no show", an outrageous quote, a no call back and a good quote but too far, I called Letti back. We went over a few items and before I knew it Nate was here for a walk through. After his walk through, he confirmed that the installation would be Monday morning. Lo and behold, Monday morning Alex and Aaron show up on time to do the installation. From the second they walked in to the minute they left, they treated my home as if it was their mom's. These two are thorough, clean, friendly and super easy to chat with. They replaced the entire system from furnace, ducts, registers, thermostat etc. and added air conditioning. Upon completion Alex explained everything in detail and let me know that if I had ANY issues to call. It feels like they were never here with the exception of the cool breeze from the A/C blowing on me right now. If you are in need of any Heating or Air Conditioning work done, don't bother calling the other guys, call West Coast Air Conditioning and hopefully you get a chance to meet Letti, Nate, Alex and Aaron!

West Coast AC responded timely to a home AC problem during the recent heat wave. Arturo Tellez listened carefully to my description and he problem solved in a matter of minutes. Amazing service, fair prices and honesty! After contacting the crooks at Pacific Aire who said I needed a whole new HVAC system and wanted to charge me over $17,000, I contacted the folks at West Coast. They came and repaired my HVAC unit for a tenth of what Pacific Aire said I needed to pay. Ben, the technician at West Coast was extremely helpful and said my system was fine all they needed was to replace the coils and it would last me 20 years! Thank you West Coast!

I used West Coast Air Conditioning to replace my home heater and upsize my A/C to a size appropriate for my home's square footage. From start to finish this project was completed smoothly and on budget. My initial visit from Lettie resulted in a cost proposal outlining several options. When we chose our options the work was scheduled in a timely manner. The installation team of Art, Sal, Frank, and Jesus were friendly, professional, neat, and efficient. The removal of the 35 year old furnace, all the old, deteriorated ducting, wiring was done in a neat and efficient manner. This team worked extremely well together. They were able to answer all questions that I asked and to provide useful alternatives when changes were required on some register locations. The new system works perfectly and more efficiently than the original HVAC system. I recommend this company without any reservations.
Nick was awesome. He was able to troubleshoot a problem that had evaded two other companies. Crossed power lines to two adjacent compressor/condensers serving two different condominiums.
We can't thank West Coast Air Conditioning enough for their genuine kindness, truthfulness, good service and the simple explanation of the steps to replace our aging AC, Furnace and duct work ! Letti was amazing to work with and what a great install team Art and Sal, they were so respectful and did an excellent job installing, cleaning up and going over the new system they just replaced in our home! They should be the 1st Company you call if you are in the market for an AC and Heating unit or just need service!
hysteria set in when my ancient furnace gave up.........remembered seeing west coast trucks at the H4H, habitat for humanity site in port hueneme...since found they have been volunteering for 10 years.......... it was with confidence i called.....met with nick, a proud 24 yr. veteran with the u.s. navy......and was in my senior age group.........compassionate , knowledgeable and reassuring...........sent gary the next morning....in a few hours i had a new furnace......saw two employees who excel in every area of their craft.....and then some . what a wonderful experience.
Extremely happy with my experience with West Coast Air Conditioning. Leti not only provided exceptionally fast and courteous service but she also steered us to a less expensive but better solution for our heating needs. Our house did not have the duct size or the vent space to support the size of the heater that was installed as part of an addition. Instead of just replacing what was there, Leti explained why a smaller (and less expensive) unit was the better option. After also recommending changes to improve the intake vents, we have a new heater that works great and actually much better than the larger old one. Art and Jesus did a great job installing the new heater which is clearly much more professionally done than the unit that was replaced. They took great care to protect the house and left everything cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend West Coast Air Conditioning and ask for Leti, Art, and Jesus.
What a great team. We had to replace two furnaces and install a couple AC units. West Coast came in at the lowest price and I couldn't be happier with the process.
