Without our permission, the Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair team took great care during the installation to safeguard our house's floors, carpet, and landscaping (which was situated around the A.C. unit). Young males who work extremely hard, are respectful, and represent their firm well. Regarding the installed equipment, I'm sure that the Carrier quality will stand out over the next years.

My heating system needed repair and after doing much research I decided to replace both my heating and air conditioning units. They are great. It was an insurance deal as a result of hail damage. They provided real good service. Their pricing is right there with everybody; good. I have a guaranteed warranty and they come and service the unit.
The work went well and the technician was great. Only issue was getting pictures sent. Took too many emails to obtain the photos taken during the visit.
