Been going there for years, don't buy much but still a customer. Customer of mine had a York unit still under warranty with bad heat exchanger. Called and talked to Brandon and said York had those in back order and that he would call York to see what was going on. Never called me back with info. Called back the next day and left a message for him and never called back again. Now I have a customer with a down unit. NOT good customer service. For me every customer is important. Professionalism can't be tought.
