has good customer service
Performance regarding shipping and communication is very poor. Calls and e-mails from grainer are redundant. They literally don’t know where orders are at or if they have been delivered. Emails that include tracking number don’t even match. Products are damaged upon pick up, making the visit a waste of time.
Great company,great service ever. Best warranty on parts. Any order next day no shipping charge if you pickup at local outlet.
