Called Anacapa for a quote for HVAC replacement, duct work and abatement. Rep. Came out the next day and quote was less than 1/2 of what Pacific Aire quoted me. Crew arrived early morning, led by Arnold, work was done promptly, very thorough and explained in detail all work done. Very satisfied with the work and knowledge provided. I highly recommend them.
Good news: inexpensive. They Installed a new AC condenser, which is much louder than our previous one, but they did not acknowledge a noise issue. Also, it dims the neighbor's lights when it goes on, so I asked about getting a soft start system, and they didn't know what that was.

My elderly parents had heating and ac installed. Professional, helpful, really good experience with this crew. They protected our wood floor and wiped down all doors and surfaces they touched. Very friendly.

Great people and fast too
Wow, where to start....all the above attributes are spot on! In March the owner of the company visited our home and provided a very fair estimate for our newly installed home AC system. On installation day our home was "swamped " with a crew that was very professional,kind and very knowledgeable of their trade. They were respectable of our space as wife and I sat around house observing their work. The system is great...so pleased that we chose Anacapa heating and air over others...great job and highly recommend for your future plans!

No show to three appointments. Just call if your are not going to show. Ignored the many request for a call 30 minutes before arriving. The owner arrived unannounced on job site and clearly not informed on air conditioners. They only have two technicians and are a very small company based on what their secretary said. Avoid this company. You will regret working with them as I did. I’d give them 0 Stars if possible.

My air conditioner went down on a Sunday and after 3 days of promises from First American Home Warranty, 3 different confirmations that someone would be out here (in 111 degree weather) I made 1 call to ANACAPA and an angel named Brian who showed up as scheduled and on time and promptly replaced the part and the air conditioner was up and running within an hour. I am so pleased with the service, professionalism and courtesy from him that I would recommend ANACAPA (especially Brian) to all in Ventura county!
Courteous, quick and efficient. They were able to help us very last minute for an emergency situation and made it out within the hour! Would highly recommend.
