Randy and his team did an amazing job on our heat pump installation! We had multiple quotes from various HVAC companies and Randy's quote made the most sense. It was a challenging job in our old home. We had a non-working old HVAC that needed to be demoed out and fully replaced. Randy's team came in and demoed the old system, replaced all our ductwork and installed a brand new Bryant 4 ton 38MURAQ48AA3 with matching 40MUAAQ48AA3 fan coil and ecobee thermostat. He and his team were very professional and always cleaned up after every day of work. The city inspector was also very impressed by the installation calling it one of the top 10 installs he has seen! Overall we are very happy we went with Randy and his team. Randy is very personable and easy to reach if we have any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Rand Aire Mechanical!

This is the second property Randy has installed all new AC. Both installments went well. His company shows up on time and is super clean. He will be doing a full AC and heater on another property that has a floor heater only. We highly recommend Rand aire Machanical Contractors. Super reliable, honest, and quick.

Randy and his team was great! We had several other mechanics come over, but they were all over the place with solution and pricing. Randy and his son came during the heat wave and worked hours to get the AC fixed under the scorching sun. Highly recommend these guys. They are honest and hard working
Let me start by saying Thank You to Randy and his crew. Our a/c went out on Friday afternoon. I called Saturday morning to leave a message thinking I would hear back on Monday, but I was delightfully surprised to hear from him that morning. He met me at 11:30, testing everything and we had a quote shortly after. My husband called him back later that day. We were set for our replacement for Thursday. The crew showed up on time, are very respectful, very diligent and had our systems changed out that day by early afternoon. They hauled away the old and cleaned everything up. I couldn't recommend a better company. Randy is very honest with his pricing. I will recommend him to anyone I know and I have. You won't be disappointed when calling Rand Aire.

Randy was very prompt to respond to our call for a broken air conditioner. His guys came out and fixed our old unit which bought us a little bit of time, and we are having him install a new one in a month or so. They came out during a very busy time when it was hard to get other HVAC companies to come out. I feel like they gave us honest information about our options so we could come up with the best most reasonable solution.
I had my new install of a Fujitsu multi zone mini split ductless a/c/heat installed 1/17 by Rand Aire after reading many reviews. They had not a lot of reviews, but good ones. I liked the concept of a family owned business, just felt more personal. They came in with a crew I could tell from the git-go who knew what they were doing.,, answered my questions along the way, and wrapped it up smoothly, and cleaned up all their "leftovers" I called Randy 4/18 as I felt it wasn't cooling as new. He came out the next day, added a small amount of refrigerant (there was a fitting that had vibrated loose from the factory), and as good as new. Would I use them again, YES. Would I recommend them to a friend or family member, YES. Jim 7/20/22: Follow up to ..I had surgery up-coming so I called Randair, as my living room Zone 1 seemed to be not cooling up to par. They sent a 2-man tean and went to work after catching up on personal stuff. About half hour later, Gerardo came up and said the pressure was a little high in the zone, bled some refrigerant off and stabilized the system. After awhile he said it appeared one of far remote zones had a problem with the pump that sends condensed water back to be discharged and was shutting the system down. Replaced the pump, fired the system back up , and Presto..back to normal. Thanks again for Super fast response time..Jim...and Cats.
