My Contractor recommended Quality Heat and Air when my HVAC system stopped working. George responded very quickly to my call. Turned out the party who installed the system made some serious mistakes. George ordered a part and returned the next day with his assistant. The system was back up that day, and the cost was very reasonable. George is the man I will call for Maintenance and the one I will refer my friends to.
George helped me to help my neighbor. Another company recommended she get a new heating system for over $11,000 and George said all it needed was a repair that cost less than $300. He repaired it within an hour and it has worked great ever since. He came over quickly, explained everything he found clearly, and is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their heating or AC system repaired or replaced. Thank you George!
They did great job installing a brand new a/c heating unit. Removing the old heating unit and use parts to fix an old system at another facility.
Quality Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended to me from my dad in Laguna Woods. George is the “go to” in their community for HVAC service. I’m in Irvine and had a new air conditioner installed and QHAC did not disappoint. Honest Bid, highly professional installers, and a cool house. I highly recommend!!!
George is the best! He fixed my recent heat pump with an amazing speed. Moreover, his diagnosis of the problem was so effective, and with only a fraction of cost compared to other quotes that I received from other AC & heating service outlets. Not happy with installation. We hired them to replace a defunct 20-year old heating system in early December. They were not the lowest bid but seemed to know the best equipment and systems. The General Manager is very nice and a good talker. BE WARNED! THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED YESTERDAY, THERMOSTAT SET AT 73. Within3 hours, the heat was up to 81 degrees and would not come down. We have 2 workers back this morning trying to fix it. if we have more problems today, I will probably stop payment on the check I wrote. THIS IS POOR, SHODDY INSTALLATION!! i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I have used Quality Heating and Air Conditioning several times for maintaining and repairing A/C and air ducts for the homes and apartments I managed. George has always been very responsive and dependable, and has always done a great job. I strongly recommend him for all AC and heating services.
