Horrible don’t use them. Do your homework. Totally tripled the price and totally unprofessional. I am contacting bbb to report my service. They even financed without a signature!

BEWARE: This company, Comfort Elite claims they purchased Elite HVAC but I suspect that Comfort Elite and Elite HVAC are the SAME company. Comfort Elite will not honor the parts, labor and maintenance warranty from Elite HVAC. However, historically Comfort Elite has used the Elite HVAC web and internet name - FOR YEARS....this is a way to slide out of warranty obligations to consumers. Comfort Elite was rude, lied to us and was probably this most arrogant company we have ever had the misfortune to deal with - they illegally charged our credit card and retaliated when we reported them to the BBB and the State of California Contractors license board. Comfort Elite is so bold that they actually told us they were retaliating. This company used threats and intimidation to try to scare us into not asking questions. They love to claim that they are recording your phone conversations - so what I don't have anything to hid but this company sure does. If you had dealings with Elite HVAC file a claim against their bond if you were cheated out of parts. labor or maintenance warranty. I could not believe the depths of nasty behavior and manipulation that Comfort Elite exhibited - they are totally unprofessional and not trustworthy. I will NEVER deal with them or recommend them to anyone - ever.

I called them out to look at my rental property in June. The tech called me and told me that there was a leak in the system and that freon would need to be added. They offered to use stop leak seal as well that would stop the leak in the system. Total cost $1,164.50. 2 months later doing a check on the house i noticed that water was pouring our of the AC overflow. I called Elite to come check it out. The tech called me and said that the system was leaking and it would need to be replaced. Cost would be 11k. So why did I pay $1,100 for just two months earlier? I do not think they used the stop leak and will be disputing the original charge.

This company was purchased from the previous owners. Thy are not honorng the sevice maintenance agreement. The service tech came out to my house (Manny), and told me he was doing my e a favor by coming out. I complained to the office and they said they would speak to the owner and call me back. Never happened. I wouldn't water my money ona company with no integrity.

I had Elite install an new heater and air conditioner. I purchased a two stage air conditioner which was never wired during the installation 8 years ago. When I had another HVAC person come out to my house he informed me that it was not wired at all. I also had Elite do the maintenance for a while. When the replace the filter in the unit Located in the attic) and did not place the door for the filter on correctly since the broke the locking nob. It cause the HVAC to take in air from my hot attic.

I was trying to reach the original installer of my AC/heating units for 10 days and finally gave up and call ELITE HVAC ... the closest company to me... and I am glad I did. Benny came out on Wednesday. We discussed my situation and I decided to go with new units. Benny was very respectful and made good sense with his logic. Thursday morning Pedro and Fernando arrived and went to work. They were respectful and amiable to each other and with me. Another crew came and picked up the old units. After completion the area was clean. I mainly spoke with Pedro. A very nice young man. He installed my new thermostat and showed me how to use it. There office lady was really helpful too. All the Pandemic safety measures were followed. I am looking forward to having them maintain my units in the future.. clip

The installers were on time, efficient, clean, respectful of us and our property. The new AC system is fantastic—gentle air flow, quiet, and should be much less expensive than our old system. We couldn’t be happier with entire experience and would not hesitate to use this company again or refer to others.

TOTAL RIP OFF!! THIS COMPANY WILL MILK YOU FOR YOUR MONEY!!! My elderly parents indoor heater was not working and ELITE HVAC (who we thought to be a trust worthy company) was called to diagnose and repair the problem. A technician by the name of Benny arrived claiming the problem to be with the pressure switch and igniter, charging about $800 to repair. Due to costs we decided to go elsewhere. Turns out the $800 problem was as simple as needing to change the air filter....THE AIR FILTER!! A $20 fix!!!! After we switched out the filter, we also noticed that some wires were suspiciously disconnected. We reconnected the wires and it worked like new. This makes me furious to think that ELITE HVAC would prey on such a vulnerable population group...even in the middle of a global pandemic! Shame on you guys!

Had these guys come out to the house for eval. the company never sent me a quote. I even called to follow up multiple times and they still never sent me a quote. I'm all about supporting local business and these guys are around the block from my house. But guess they don't want the business. do not recommend them as they're not responsive. If they don't want to prioritize new business, it reflects on how they'll treat their customers after the job is done. After writing my google review, the owner Gordon called me, not to apologize or rectify the issue, but to argue with me and say that the quote was sent to my spam (which it didn't). they didn't even want to knock the price down to try and get my business, which i asked for a cash discount and didn't seem to be an option. buyer beware and do not recommend.

Great folks working there! Tech came out and assessed the issue, ordered the part and came out the next day to fix. Spent hours trying to get the part to work, but it was actually a bigger electrical issue with the old heater. Eventually had to replace the heater but I appreciated that they worked so hard to salvage it in the first place. Didn't time and money doing so, I might add. Replacement heater was a 6 year old salvage, as well, but a relatively inexpensive option vs installing a brand new furnace.

Within 24 hours Elite showed up with a small army of contractors each with their own task and proceeded to remove the old system and install a beautiful and quiet new system (York). Thank you!
