Shelly at US Air has refused to honor warranty for York Condensers that I purchased 6 years ago and should have warranty for 10 years. I went through York directly and they themselves said in California they honor a 10 year warranty, advised what steps I needed to take to register the units. I did so and stressed to Shelly that it was going to be close to 100 degrees and didn’t want to go the week end without air conditioning. She said even though she sees in the system US AIR sold the units to my HVAC contractor and shows my home address as being delivered to she still couldn’t honor the warranty without speaking to the Contractor. This is pure manipulation to defer honoring warranty in an attempt to wear me down so I purchase my own parts.

Greg Hicks is the worse employee at usaircondtiining . Rude, sarcastic, unwilling to help. I walked in he was talking to a customer on the phone, he was being rude on the phone. Then he asked to help me and started being rude to me. I told him to stop being rude that I didn't appreciate it.. I have visited us air conditioning in Long Beach and city of industry and have never been treated this way.. perhaps it's because of the Neo nazi move we are going thru. But I won't be intimidated by this type of behavior.. I called corporate and guess what the customer service manager Ned was condoning his behavior.. go figure! Truth be told they seem to be racist!
Greg Hicks is a rude disrespectful representative of us air conditioning. If I was an undercover boss I would kick him to the curb on the spot.
