This was my first maintenance visit and the inspection was thorough & my concerns were considered and acknowledged. The follow up work was scheduled before the maintenance visit/inspection concluded. They can improve on scheduling and I give them grace because I was working from home & it didn’t inconvenience me this time.
Daniel was professional and courteous, had good communication, and accommodated our needs. He explained the problem and the required solution, which was helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience and of great value.
I was able to speak with a live person on a Sunday. They were able to send out an electrician the very next day. Brian Smith, the electrician was courteous and professional. He did a great job. Thanks Brian and All Pro!👍
Daniel was the greatest. He was so personable, nice, and knowledgeable. He was genuinely concerned about my leak under the sink and all the water damage that occurred. He said that they work with a restoration company that could help me and help navigate with my insurance company. Daniel called them at my house. By the end of the day the restoration company was at my house already beginning the drying out procedure and my insurance claim was filed. Everyone involved has been so nice, from booking the appointment to the restoration company coming in. I feel so supported and my overwhelmed feelings about all this lessened immediately. Thank you Daniel. You’re a good man and All Pro Plumbing is extremely fortunate to have you. I am so extremely grateful. ♥️

Lucas Medford did an excellent job in explaining the technicalities involved regarding the why the breaker tripped; resetting the breaker and providing the options for servicing the HVAC unit.
With so many plumbing/heating/air conditioning companies out there, it’s difficult to select the right (good) one. After some research, we found All Pro. So glad that we made the selection. Peter Leong is AWESOME!! He listened attentively to our concerns regarding our AC unit & addressed them all in a professional & knowledgeable manner. I was very happy with AlLPro and especially with our technician Chris Roig. I tried several other plumbing companies but couldn’t get one to respond. AlLPro had a crew in the neighborhood so I figured they at least showed up, and they did! Got us an appointment, they called to confirm, respectful technician and the work was done professionally. I would definitely use them again!
Steven was very polite, informative and explained everything that we needed to know about our AC repair and gave us the best plan for our repairs...I definitely would recommend him as the Go To guy....
Brian came this morning from All Pro Plumbing & did a reg.service check on our water heater & outside plumbing. He drained the water heater then after checking the rest of the plumbing job, he called the office to get a higher level of service & they sent James out within 3 hours & he was professional & did his job quickly. After checking everthing out & answering some questions from us, he was off to do an estimate of the work needed to complete the job. These 2 men are assets to the All Pro Team for sure!! I was very happy with my experience at All Pro. I was able to get an appointment very quickly when I called, the service technician was right on time for the appointment, very knowledgeable and professional, and resolved my plumbing problem quickly. I would highly recommend All Pro as a very good company to work with.
Edgar and the All Pro team were outstanding. I am not a fan of the dreaded "Sales Pitch". I asked Edgar if he could refrain from the sales pitch rhetoric and get to the point...."The bottom line", and he did. The installation crew were very fast. I gave the crew access to the garage and the side of the house while I went to work. By the time I came home they were almost done. The complete experience with All Pro from assessment to installation only took 1 day.
Pete and don were both helpful in explaining my options with a system rejuvenation vs getting a completely new unit. They listened to me and created a plan that works with my wants. I'm glad to have called All Pro HVAC
We had Joseph the plumber come to assist us with our plumbing problem. He was polite and explained what steps needed to help resolve our problem. We also had James come to use a special camera in the plumbing. He also was polite and explained in detail steps to fully resolve the problem. All of the plumbers were friendly and hard working.
I met with Jay and he was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Listened to what we were looking for and what our needs were, and offered us options that met those needs without trying to upsell us. He answered all of our questions and walked us through what the process would look like, what would be included, and what would be covered down the line. If you're looking for a new HVAC system I would definitely recommend speaking Jay.
Had AC problem and called All Pro. Paul came out and was super knowledgeable and friendly. He not only identified the problem quickly, but also told me of other issues I had with my system that I wasn’t aware of. I ended up signing up to be a monthly member because he made me realize how good of a value it is and will always ask for him next time I need a job done by All Pro
