Re: Bryan Rowlans ; Very knowledgeable, courteous, did an excellent installation and even returned same day after leaving to correct what he thought might be a better installation of a part, just to make sure in his mind that we would be totally happy with his installatiion and the sytem he installed was working optimally. Wow.......I have never had an installer do that!!!!!!
Dylan was my technician and he performed his job excellent at fixing my AC unit wasn't working.
He was very helpful in explaining all my options.

Got quotes from multiple highly rated companies for an AC tune up for the summer and Thompson ended up being the cheapest with the best reviews! The receptionist was courteous and helpful when making my appointment. Thompson then sent me regular emails and texts to let me know when my technician was arriving. A first for me was when they texted me the picture of the actual technician who would be coming into my home which was reassuring. Ty was fantastic! He was respectful and offered to wear booties on the carpets. He walked me through everything that might need to be done as well as what can wait. He also helped fix up a duct that was badly fixed in our home as well as level our outdoor unit for free. I’ll definitely be continuing my business with Thompson just by this first experience.
Very professional and efficient service. Even sent the picture of the technician before hand to know who's coming. Dylan, the tech, was very pleasant to interact with and was very courteous. Maintenance was done, everything explained well. Would definitely recommend.

Ignacio came out to my house to provide me with an estimate for running a gas line from my laundry room to my kitchen and an estimate to replace my main water valve. He showed up on time and was very courteous and informative.
My experience was great. Bryan Rowland was a great technician, he was very knowledgable and did a great job explaining things to me. I used him for a plumbing inspection and will be requesting him when we need work done. I have also used them for our AC and heater, I highly recommend them.
In addition to technical expertise the technicians arrived on time as scheduled and were respectful of property. The job was competed as scheduled. Questions were fully answered in an easy to understand format for a non-HVAC person. No issues. I would highly recommend Thompson.
Thompson Plumbing, heating and airconditioning did an awesome job at a great price-they beat out all the other companies I did estimates with by far. Garrett is extremely organized and accommodating-He helped with all the paper work required for my HOA and made sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied. The technicians were so polite and helpful as well and did a great job placing runners throughout my home and cleaning up meticulously after installing my furnace and compressor. I had Victor the plumber and the manager make sure I was satisfied with referrals for drywall and patching up an unexpected hole and future painting promised to make it unnoticeable. They both communicated posituvely with me as well as the girl in the office who needed to make some scheduling changes to accommodate the plumber Victor. He did a good job working consistently and communicating positively with the manager and me. I am on the maintenance plan for my furnace AC ,and plumbing and was given 10 % discount for this latest job. I highly recommend Thomas plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning . June 9th 2023. I am on the maintenance plan and get inspections and maintenance on my AC Furnance and Plumbing at a 10% discount. Garett has a good helpful team. Ty and Ramon were efficient and thorough with pointing out what I needed and I appreciate and trust that I am in good hands with this company.
Ramon identified and professionally repaired significant issues with the water heater and the washer/dryer hookups preventing major future issues.
Ignacio has come over several times to help complete some plumbing projects for our remodel. He recently moved drain and water lines in our bathroom in preparation for a new vanity. He then installed the vanity, attaching it to the wall, installed the quartz countertop, installed the faucet hardware and got everything hooked up. His work was top notch! Everything was completed quickly, professionally and was left cleaner than when he arrived. He has always been wonderful to work with as well. He has provided lots of advice on plumbing supplies such as toilets, and has always arrived with a smile on his face. One of the best plumbers I have had the experience of working with. Thompson Plumbing has also been wonderful to work with. They always reply promptly, provide all documentation and paperwork quickly, and scheduling appointments has been very easy.
