The tech, Carlos, was on time and very professional. He thoroughly cleaned out our dryer and vent for the dryer. He also gave great tips on how to keep our dryer clean and safe in the future. Also, I greatly appreciated that they could come to my home the same day I called them.

I called Nick's Dryer vent and got an immediate response. I was lucky their schedule worked out and they were at my house within 3 hours of me calling. Carlos and Ernesto were very professional and friendly to me and my neighbors. They explained the process and did a very thorough job. They cleaned our dryer vents behind our stackable washer and dryer that went up through our roof. The pricing was fair and in line with other quotes I received from bigger names - but I love supporting a local north county company. I will be recommending them to our neighbors and friends.

I have use Nick's Dryer Vent Cleaning 4 times. This last cleaning, the Technician stopped cleaning the dryer vent on the roof and showed me that there was insulation on his brush. He said there should be no insulation in that pipe.He climbed up into the attic and found out that the large vent pipe was extremely misaligned. The lint was going into the attic! He could have just kept cleaning and not said anything to me. Im so glad he did. He took photos of what he found both before and after the repair/reconnection. Prices were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this business. Good job!
Carlos arrived about an hour after I called Nick’s. He did a great job and cleaned up very well after cleaning the dryer vent. My dryer dries the clothes so much gas now.
Showed up on time!! They showed up on time, and communicated clearly before showing up. They responded quickly to the initial request. They cleaned everything up when they were done, and left it better than when they showed up. Would gladly recommend and use again.
Eddy and his partner did a great job. They were very friendly, let me know exactly what they were doing, checked to make sure everything was working and cleaned up the area. Nice job 👍
The way the are organized is great. I called late one afternoon and they were there to help me out the next morning to get a brush that I got stuck in my vent. I also asked them to reroute a dryer venting I always wanted to get done and they handled that too. Unlike other groups I worked with, the cleaned up after themselves so well I didn't need to do anything else.

My townhouse has a really long dryer vent that was completely clogged. Nick's guys, Carlos and Earnesto came out and went to work. I haven't actually used the dryer since the fix yet, but I fully expect the problem to be solved.

Great service & on time. Did not realize how overdue we were to have duct cleaning done. Even with an expensive electronic HVAC air cleaner installed I was amazed to see how filthy the air ducts had become. Good company, happy with their services and would use them again.
