Awesome work starting from dispatch to the field very happy
Met the owner today when he came out for a backflow preventer test. Honored the price his office staff quoted even though it was under his normal charge. Would definitely use them for future needs.
We have been committed to American Plumbing Heating & Air for 28 years! We wouldn’t call any other Plumbing Co. From the moment we moved into our brand new House years ago, we knew the only way to maintain our home in mint condition was finding reliable, professional licensed contractors. Jessy Quinonez was there 28 years ago when our brand new house, built by Presley Co., had a broken pipe on the front lawn. We found Jessie’s American Plumbing through the “Penny Saver”!!! For those of you who remember, that was our main advertising Co. Before the internet. Lol. Ever since.. we’ve had multiple repairs done by Jessie Quinonez. Very affordable and never with the slightest complaint! If anything ever wasn’t entirely of our satisfaction, Jessie would immediately make it right! From Water Heater, Faucets, Regulators, Shower heads, Toilets repairs.. to entire AC and Furnace recently replaced by Andrew Quinonez, Jessie’s son. For this is a family operated business. Thanks to American Plumbing Heating & Air We don’t have to deal with rip-off plumbers. By the way they do sell extended warranty. Thank you Jessie And Andrew! For being part of our family for so many years. We immensely appreciate your professionalism and experience!
Once they know that you need their help, they charge you at exuberant prices, highway robbery. Then if what they have done doesn’t fully fix the problem, they take no responsibility and start the robbery again. They also smashed a bunch of my roof tiles and left them for me to discover later.
We used American Plumbing for our water heater replacement they were very good and on time and got everything done very fast so we got out water heater running within a day! Great service thank you again!

Simply put, 5 out of 5! I am so pleased with the service Jessie and his team provided. Got home on Saturday evening to find the kitchen sink overflowing. As you know, it is hard to find a plumber on a Saturday evening who would be willing to come out on a short notice, in the pouring rain and have the best attitude ever. Jessie and his team worked diligently for over an hour and a half to clear out a major clog and restore the sink function. They even took the time to tighten loose hoses that were going to become a problem in the future, if left unattended. Super communicative, professional, on time and absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you, Jessie and Team, for an amazingly painless experience! I highly recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs.
Our 24 year old AC went out, and I called American Plumbing. Jessie came to the House the next day, and a new HVAC was ordered. A week later Andrew and Ruben arrived and installed the system in one day. They were quick and professional. I had many questions about the 2-stage system and the variable fan speed. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and answered them to my satisfaction. We had one hick up, do to a faulty propane tank regulator. The heater and the smart thermostat are working great. The First Lady is happy and so am I. From the personal in the front office to the technician's they were friendly and efficient. Thank you Andrew for a job well done.
I don’t usually write reviews but this time I’m motivated! American plumbing not only we’re extremely polite and profesional, they did a great job. From dispatch to technician to fixing our problem, all in all a great experience and the best price out there. We had AC issues with this extreme hear and to top it all off the drains clogged at the same time. They fixed everything and while they were here we changed all of our valves under every sink, now water flows like it should. 100% recommended, you will not be disappointed. Special thanks to technician Jessie, he’s tha bomb and as knowledgeable as it gets.
Andrew and Ruben came over on time and fixed the problem very quickly. They fixed my air conditioner and got my house cold again. I would recommend company!
Jessie and Mayra were so helpful and quick to respond. Our backflow device was leaking. Jessie was here quickly and kept me updated through the entire process ensuring I was aware of all that was happening. I was humbled by the kindness and care of the employees.
The service tech reps showed up 3 hours earlier than originally estimated, which was greatly appreciated, and within 20 minutes the capacitors were replaced in both units and everything worked perfectly. The rate was very reasonable too! Will definitely use them again!
Knowledgeable service and Andrew quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it…..would used again but hopefully not for some time when it comes to our AC
We needed a new toilet and kitchen faucet installed. We called American Plumbing in the late afternoon. Next morning David was here for an estimate. Day after he and Ozzy came to work. They were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up everything. And a shout out to Myra who runs the phone! We will use American Plumbing again.
I decided to purchase an AC Unit for my 2,135 sq ft home. I obtained three quotes. American Plumbing had the lowest rate and the best online reviews. Being a single mom, I was worried about making this decision on my own, let alone ensuring the installation went well. From the moment Andrew, Ozzie and Ruben arrived at my home my worries faded. They were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. This team works so well together. They installed a brand-new AC unit and Furnace in one day. They were cleaned up and gone by 4 pm. Andrew went over and beyond by installing a new smart home thermostat for me and taking the time to teach me how to use it. I could not have been more pleased with this company. I would absolutely recommend this company! Thanks again American Plumbing for such an easy transaction.
I would not go anywhere else. I have had tenants with plumbing and hvac issues the past 15 years and i am extremely pleased with the response time, efficiency, politeness, and knowledge that that American Plumbing and HVAC co people bring to the table, every time. This morning, David Peralta and Ozzie showed up on time, already knew what was to be done, had solid, professional suggestions on doing it a better (and cost effective) way, and got down to business, pulling a water heater and changing out some noisy hvac peripheral equipment. They kept the work area contained and were very conscientious about my wife having to work from home 10 feet away from where they were working. They picked up after themselves when the jobs were completed and they retested all to make sure that what they did, worked, and nothing else was negatively impacted. Office Myra called within 10 minutes of job completion and we had all the paperwork tidied up, with copies my email. Pricing always reasonable.
When my first plumber canceled. I was in dire straits to find someone quickly. Within the hour I had technician out to repair my water leak. My thanks go out to Myra and Ozzi for a professional and timely response. Thanks.
Dave came out to my home he was very nice and professional he did his best to keep the cost down as much as he could for us. hey you know plumbing its costly no matter what but they and he were fair to us had our new faucet and pressure valves and hoses all done in like a Hour. He cleaned up his mess made sure no leaks were there and gave me a quote for another job of replacing my shower later im very pleased with the outcome and you should call them for your plumbing needs Thanks Dave
Technicians Ozzie and Reuben were friendly, respectful and very professional. They completed the work quickly and provided follow-up referral for drywall repair. A very good experience!
Speedy and professional. Ozzie was able to patch up our leaky water line to our 2nd floor within 20 mins. American Plumbing is expensive ($400 for a pipe patch) but provided professional service and were able to get us in for a repair same-day.
