Dray Heating & Air is knowledgeable and professional!! Don't waste your time calling other companies that take a fee and do nothing in return. Jamie is the owners wife and the 1st point of contact for me, she was knowledgeable and professional, I was sat up with an appointment for the next day since I called mid afternoon. Technician Casey Hagens arrived on time and was excellent/ knowledgeable to work with! I sure wish I called Drays Heating and Air years back I would have saved money by not being taken advantage of and lied to by other local companies. CALL DRAY HEATING AND AIR !!!!

AC went out on the holiday weekend. They were able to get to me same day! Explained everything, and got it fixed asap. Super happy with the customer service and will be scheduling my yearly maintenance through them from now on.
Recommend 10/10 called same day got service same day. They got the job done. Resonable prices. Although, the only thing I did not like was that they did not give you a heads up what they were going to do before they started. Price was reasonable that's why I give 5 start. Thank you!

What a Great experience we just had! So happy with Dray Heating and Air for making time to help us out and just the overall genuine and professional attitude. Ripped off. They came out. Was there fir an hour total. Said wires needed to be fixed took 20 min charged $300. It worked for one day . They came back Said I now needed a part that was $25 that they wanted to charge $225 to install. That they said would stop it from popping circut. Funny never had that problem till you messed with wires. They just happened to have that part on them . No thanks. I already wasted $300. Now you want more. So over 500 for what would be a total of 35 minutes of work. Which again is odd all of a sudden my breaker couldn't handle running ac as soon as they mess with wires. $300 for my system to not work. Thanks for nothing!!!!!

This company was stellar! They came early than the window they gave us. And they were able to fix our AC unit on the spot. Very nice and very professional, I highly recommend.

They were professional, transparent and honest while they were installing my brand new HVAC system. The reason why I chose Dray heating and Air is, because of my former time I used them. Right from the start, it was transparency and honesty that gained my trust. I chose them specifically to do the brand new install because of there professionalism.. Don't let others fool you into a product you don't need. Contact Dray heating and Air for your honest A.C. guys and they will get the job done right, the first time.
I was very disappointed with their service as I had seen positive reviews. They did respond promptly to a leak in my AC unit. They said they would order the part and call to schedule a time to install, but never did. I called to check on status of the ordered part and was told it wasn't in yet. That was several months ago. Never heard from them again.
Great communication. Very understanding when we had to change time of appointment. Technician very professional, polite but not too chatty. Price was very reasonable. Second time we have used them! Always the best!

Dray HVAC did a complete system upgrade/ replacement for us. We had an old heat pump system that was old (when I say old it was made when rotary phones were common) we had fixed it numerous times and was referred to Dray last year by a friend. What a great referral Chris was, he gave me options for our home. We added a few upgrades, every step of the way my questions were answered. The installation was quick and easy, both Chris and Casey we very professional and did a great job. I would recommend Dray for maintenance and or full replacement.
