Despite the fact that it was late on a Friday, the owner reacted right away. I was able to schedule a technician appointment for an installation on Tuesday afternoon by Monday, all during a heat wave. The technician provided me with the insurance documentation I required for my building and did an excellent job at a fair price. He was also very professional and helpful.

My new aircon and heat pump were installed by Pacific AC & Heating, who put forth a lot of effort. Even after spending many hours installing my unit, the tech patiently answered my queries regarding it and assisted me in syncing it with my phone. I'm pleased with the result, and I'd highly suggest these two. They are friendly and professional.
We've been using Pacific AC & Heating for a while, and the technician has done a variety of jobs for us, including a boiler installation, leaking water pipe repair, and boiler services, all of which were done in an extremely professional manner. He is our go-to plumber for any plumbing issues since he is so skilled, dependable, and trustworthy. Highly suggested.
These people were incredible! Both my furnace and air conditioner needed to be replaced. I was immediately scheduled after calling. The estimate was very competitive with the other two businesses, but I ultimately chose them because of their responsiveness rather than just because of the cost. Now that the house is cooling well, I will be prepared for the upcoming winter.

My furnace was emitting an absolutely horrible smell. When I contacted, they advised me to call Pacific AC & Heating rather than sending a technician out. Fortunately, a tiny valve that had been loose due to the previous weather had not caused any harm. Even though I didn't utilize them, I will still call them if I ever need something done.

Very happy with the work. Very neat and tidy. One observation, the time taken to drill the hole in the brick wall took quite a while, not sure if this was due to the quality and hardness of the stock brick or the tool. Otherwise everything A Okay.
We hired them in July. They put in a whole new air conditioning and heating unit. The job was done in a timely manner and I would recommend them to any friends or family looking to have this sort of work done.
I was in the process of buying a house. I was passed the inception stage and did not know that our AC system was out. Pacific AC & Heating tech was able to get us a new system for a great price. He was very fair with his prices. We closed on the house on Thursday. He got there the following Saturday and the AC system was up in working later that day. I could not have asked for a better HVAC professional, I will continue to work with James. So, whenever friends say they are having HVAC problems I do not hesitate to give out Pacific AC & Heating information and business card!
