Very trustworthy, and we're glad to know we finally found a great AC company in town which is Don's Air & Heating Repair .
A few days ago Don's Air & Heating Repair installed a new HVAC system at my residence. They did an excellent job with the install. I have to admit I am sort of critical regarding purchases and repairs of any kind , but I have to admit I did not have a one complaint after the install was completed. This is a very professional company and the owner is honest , please stay that way!! So far the system is working great. I thought about putting these guys in my Will. I need to wait on that I suppose
Very timely and great communication! We currently have Home Shield but when we looked at reviews of ALL of the air conditioning companies that they could send out ALL OF THEIR REVIEWS were terrible. So we decided to search for a company with great reviews that could come ASAP. So we called Don's Air & Heating Repair and really they were very nice.

The coil was leaking on my old ac (old type expensive refrigerant (r11?)) and my normal ac guy is so busy this time of year. So, I searched and luckily found another great, honest company which was Don's Air & Heating Repair. Though new i found the service of them very good.
I have had some super bad experiences in the past with other ac companies. Staff at Don's Air & Heating Repair came out the same day and checked everything over and gave me options for a new system (which I definitely knew I needed). They were installing it only two days later! The job they did is so noticeably better than the original unit that came with the house. I'm just sorry I can't go ahead and have him replace the downstairs unit, as well. The reconfiguration he did with the ventilation to lay it out more logically solved the hot spots I've had since we purchased the house new!
got the 3 ton American Standard Silver 16 with matching furnace (furnace I didn't truly need, but my idea) and it was very nicely installed by the technicians of Don's Air & Heating Repair .

Staff arrived early and did an incredible job of servicing our AC unit and even taught us a few different ways to save on energy costs going forward. Our church had a good experience a service call with staff last spring so when our furnace unit was getting kicking out after about 10--15 minutes we called Don's Air & Heating Repair again. Technician came out again and after looking over the situation determined that we needed to have an electrician put in a new panel breaker. The electrician determined that it wasn't a panel breaker problem but that it was a wrong size contactor. I called Don's Air & Heating Repair and the electrician told technician what needed to be done. A few minutes later staff called and said he would be out in 30 minutes and would repair it at no additional charge. It was really done. Thanks!!
Upon arrival for service i opt for the staff called the manufacturer and determined that we already had the correct contactor -- but it was pitted and black so he went to the warehouse and got a new one and installed it. Even then the three breakers were over heating and the unit would shut off. He checked everything over, tightened all circuits, troubleshooted with his own electrician and they decided one of the breakers on the unit could be bad. He made a second trip to the ware house and installed the new unit breaker. Now two hours later -- the unit is working and breakers are

Staff of Don's Air & Heating Repair doesn't know it but our small church has been hit hard by time with several of our members losing income and not able to keep their pledges. We are struggling to pay our bills and his kindness and excellent service is a huge blessing.
Great customer service all around! Easy to schedule an appointment, technician came out quickly to diagnose the issue with my gas fireplace. Parts were ordered quickly and installed the following weekend. Technicians who came to the house were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend thus service to others.
