David was great at finding the issue with our system and made great recommendations, he was very professional and his service was great.
The quality engineer determined the error code root cause and fixed the problem. He was very good about explaining what created the issue for us.
Had Adrian come by today to do a water heater flush. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Before the flush asked if I had any concerns, checked all our faucets shower-heads make sure all the pressure was good after he conducted the water heater flush he walk me around gave some great and reasonable recommendations. Give me a quick overview of my water heater and what certain valves do. Will be definitely using them again.
Nexgen and Michael A were great. Got us on the schedule quickly, didn’t try to upsell and fixed the problem within an hour. Won’t hesitate to call any time we have heating or AC issues

The technician was punctual and very professional. He explained every step of the service. There was no pressure to purchase anything. My unit didn’t need anything. Next service could be a year or two. I would highly recommend this company and the technician.

Overall a great experience - Felipe was so knowledgeable and walked us through everything. We needed a clean and tuneup of the AC as first time homeowners before the heat wave. We’ll get some minor repairs and likely sign up for the maintenance plan to keep things up kept over time. Thank you Felipe!!!
Just had Patrick at my house who was polite & professional. He did a thorough check of my HVAC system. I’m very satisfied with his level of care and the work he did. Will definitely be using Nex-Gen for all my future HVAC maintainence.

We were very happy with the service call and especially, David, our technician. Honest diagnosis and a fair price. We had a blocked ac drain line. Another contractor diagnosed it as a slab leak and wanted to charge us $14k to repipe the house, even though the ac drain line problem would have been obvious when he looked in the attic. We could not be happier with NexGen. So glad we called.
Jose' came out to service my mini split system and he was fantastic. Very helpful and went the extra mile for me. And the service was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend!
This was my first time using NextGen and there were honest and helped determine the root of the cause of the issue with the air conditioning unit. Rolando was helpful and extremely professional. I will certainly use this company again.
David D came to my house and found the issue as soon as he walked in right before the 4th of July. Couldn't find any other company to show up and they did at the last moment
The service technician who came to do the analysis, Felipe, was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, their pricing is almost double anyone else in the industry.
SCAM FLYERS THEY SEND OUT!!! BEWARE!!! I received a flyer stating they clear drains for $88, which is a great price—the least expensive I know of is $77, and that’s because we work in property mgmt and the commercial company charges that. Everyone else is a rip off! This guy arrived to clear my vanity sink and told me he’d apply the $88 toward the $211 + other fees he planned to charge!!! Excuse me?? What a racket! Bait and switch. I had him out the door immediately—with his little booties on his shoes and all! He could’ve easily ran 10’ of snake right down my drain, I would’ve gladly paid the $88 and given a 5-Star review. But they couldn’t help themselves. When I called them, I also scheduled HVAC maintenance, which is a different department and date for them. The claim is also $88 for a “tune-up” and new filter. Let’s see if they keep their promise on that next…
Had NexGen out to review our A/C unit. Our technician was prompt and did a thorough review of the system inside and outside. Michael took time to answer questions, provide findings and options for us to consider.
I just wanna let everyone know the gentleman that came out today. David, Did a phenomenal job And seemed very knowledgeable ,on the things that he did today on my unit The reason I see this is I had 2 other companies come up to do other things at my house. and of the 2 others. He definitely was thumbs up.👍🫡 So I believe nexgen should be very proud of david at the company's forefront.!👏
