Went here to purchase some steel rods. Salesperson was the the laziest rudest person on the planet. Needed 3/8" by 6 foot, wouldn't look up the part number. Attitude all the way. I wont be returning. Most of the good reviews for this location were years ago.

Called ahead and placed order and it was ready when I picked it up.
I ordered 5 items th Grainger by phone. I was told they'll be in stor in one or two days by 8 a.m. Went to the nearest store(16 miles round trip), the order is here! Ooops! It misses 3 out of five! I had to tell them, they didn't know. That was Friday. Come back on Tuesday. I take a business card so I can check before coming back. The only phone number (800) in an out of state office. Gine order #, yes they are ALL in. I ask her to check with the store to make sure(she can not give me the store phone number!?!). Put me on hold for 15 mi, so I hang up and go to the store. Ooops! One item not in yet! Each time it's UPS fault, not the incapable personel I get in touch with. People, you decide! I for one, am not going back!

Website sucks. No longer has that many pictures. So I call. The part cost double of any where else and they would have to order it from the manufacture. Grainger used to be very good. In the last several years it has gotten worse. Pays to do a Google search with the part number as it will often provides a lower cost option in stock somewhere else. Likely saving both time and money for a little leg work.
