I have used Conditioned Aire for 12 years or more and they are simply the best. Very service oriented and professional — they stand behind their work. The technicians are always so kind. I used them to replace my entire system after my old one crapped out. They were fast and efficient. Highly recommend!
Replaced a simple capacitor to fix AC, but charged me $228 for a $30 capacitor. then said they had to take the box and old part for disposal because it had oil in it and was required of them. Installed part is Titan HD PRCFD6075A which is $25-35 anywhere and they told me it was $228. Plus $128 for 30 minutes of labor. Owner's response is inadequate.
Overcharged $200 for $25 capacitor.

I called for an estimate. A nice man came over and looked at my old system. Said he'd get back to me. Two weeks and several phone calls to the office got no response. Guess he didn't want to do the job. It was a lie. I'd be cautious about using this business.

Victor was terrific. Arrived on time, diagnosed our problem (no cold air coming through the vents when the air conditioner was on), and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. My Dad has used this company for many years and we continue to be satisfied. Thank you!
I love in Granada Hills and LOVE this company. Out of all companies and services, they most embody that honest, local company that is trustworthy, helpful, and efficient. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company when you need a new A/C or for maintenance. Good deal, good service, stress free. It’s my favorite local company for anything. No scams, bs, or overcharging. Just great service at a reasonable price for regular folks on a budget.

The technician Jan and Myline in the office went out their way to get the part needed and repair my my 80 year old mom's AC faster than expected on a day it was over 100°. Called these guys out to my mother in laws house she is 91 so I help her, she had water running on to her carpet, conditioned Aire came out and wrote her an estimate for $9200.00 saying her unit was shot and needed replacing, I got a second opinion and they came out unplugged the condensate drain line and charged us$105.00 total and its worked great ever since, I called conditioned air to tell the owner and never got back to me RIPOFF you decide?? WATCH OUT!!
