We needed to replace our air conditioning system. I can't say enough about the positive experience we had. The professionalism of Bob's team was amazing. They were honest, prompt and price was fair. The technicians were kind and very respectful of our time and home, which is greatly appreciated, "Thank You" for providing expert service. I highly recommend

I’ve been doing business with this company for over ten years. They are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I believe their prices to be fair and inline with most companies of this type. If they say they will be at your home at certain time they are or they will let you know if they are running behind. I highly recommend them.

Be aware: they charge $100 just to come out, and that $100 only applies to repairs if they're more than $600. They don't tell you this when you call, you have to ask them. Kinda sus, so we'll wait for the home warranty people.

What an awesome team!! We reached out to Santa Clarita Custom Air Inc for help removing a condenser. I called and spoke with Tom and set up an appointment. Tom and his team were right on time and performed the services as previously explained. When it came time to hook the unit back up the team was back right on time and got the unit back up and running. We are extremely fortunate to have found such a rockstar team. We will absolutely keep Scv custom air in mind for any future work. Thanks guys!!

Frank came out when it was 115 degrees out and fixed our broken AC unit quickly. He then realized that the unit wasn’t as efficient as it should be and fixed the too. Frank has worked on all 3 of my houses for the last 10 years. He is super classy, reliable, hard working, and honest guy!

Shady. Come on site at first for a low flat rate fix the issue which is great almost had my five stars until Issue returns and I call them again due to affordable pricing they deem it a problem with the city and wrote “can not test unit” in my invoice... the labor I paid for to fix my heating which took about an hour the first time was cheaper than a five minute visit to tell me my problem was with my gas company..... 85 dollars for a five minute visit where absolutely no labor was done just the drive to my location which I live in Santa Clarita so you can only imagine how far they must have driven........ stuck with this stupid company due to me being a tenant too. Horrible service do not recommend

We have used Bob Lucas Santa Clarita Custom Air since 1992. They are always on time ,courteous , and their knowledge of the heating and air conditioning systems are absolutely superior to other companies out there! BOB LUCAS AND HIS WORKERS ARE VERY HONEST PEOPLE. They will not take advantage of you.

I had a technician come to my house to troubleshoot why my compressor fan wasn't spinning. After finding out that some of the wires got disconnected, he said that there was a short in the compressor, said that I needed a new one, and quoted me $3200 for the replacement. Sorry, getting technical - he said that the compressor input was shorted to ground, and then showed me that the resistance from the input of the compressor to ground was 0.8Mohms. That is NOT a short, and a drop in the bucket of the current that the unit will normally draw when turned on. When I asked him about it, he dismissed me, and said "whatever you say" (implying that my question was stupid and that I didn't know what I was talking about). I told him that I would not be replacing the unit, and sent him on his way. Later I checked the unit myself, and when I reconnected the wires it worked just fine. If I listened to the incompetent technician who doesn't understand electronics, I would be out $3200. I will not be using Santa Clarita Custom Air again.
