I had tried 2 other HVAC companies and they both couldn’t figure out exactly what the problem was but wanted to do everything from replacing the motherboard to a complete replacement. Mike came over the same day I called him, fixed it quickly, and it only cost $185 including labor and parts. Mike was awesome!!!
We have been using Mike for over 5 years to maintain both our A/C units. Every time I have called for an issue, Mike usually responds within minutes and shows up the same day to address the issue. He explains the issue and gives you an honest upfront cost for repairs. I highly recommend Mike as a Santa Clarita local and small business.
Mike was quick and very professional, saw his business looking for Hvac company after I had an issue with mine. Came over and assured me nothing was wrong and found a quick solution. Just like that he is now my yearly Hvac maintaince guy now. I would recommend anyone to give him a call.
Mike was very knowledgeable. In describing the issue he knew right wawy what happened. When he explained the problem and why it happened he took the time to educate and explain things to me, and did not talk down to me just because ofy gender. I will definitely use him again and recommend his company. I got a referral to him from my brother.
I called multiple companies and Mike returned phone call within minutes of leaving a voicemail. Mike inspected the unit and fixed the problem.
I called and asked Mike if he could conduct a cleaning on my condenser as we had recently purchased our home and wanted to see if there were any glaring issues. Mike was always quick to answer any calls or texts, was communicative and followed up, was on time and did great work. Upon completion he was thorough on his findings and didn’t push any products on us to “upgrade” our system which is always a relief. I will be sure to use Mike again in the future for all of my HVAC needs and would recommend him to anyone in the SCV. Thanks, Mike!

I had Mike come over to do some preventive maintenance on my HVAC system and we couldn’t be happier. He was friendly and efficient and not only that he made some good money saving suggestions going forward. It’s comforting for homeowners to have people you can rely on. We will definitely have him back for maintenance on our furnace before next winter and if we need actual repairs work in the future.
It's always great finding an ethical contractor you can trust. Whenever I hire plumbers or electricians I always feel like I'm being taken for a ride, and my wallet is worst off for it. That's not the case with Mike. His prices are fair and he won't push unnecessary repairs just to line his own pocket. If anyone has any HVAC needs I highly recommend using Mike. I will continue to use him for all my A/C needs in the future!
I can’t say enough terrific things about Mike Miller. He’s my Go-To guy for any and all HVAC-related items. He’s done fantastic work at three properties: my home, a rental home, and my mom’s home. All are located in Santa Clarita, CA. Mike is always professional, responsive, fair and very reasonable. He knows his stuff and he takes genuine pride in his work.

I’ve used Mike for 2 years now for all of our HVAC needs. He’s been nothing short of professional, timely, cost effective, and very high quality work. I’ll continue to use Mike because of the aforementioned reasons.
I can't say enough good things about Mike. I was looking at an $11000 dollar replacement for my HVAC System recommended by another company or $2500 just to attempt to repair it. I called Mike to get a second opinion. Mike explained that I will never recover the costs replacing the system. Mike went through my system, fixed everything wrong (including some electrical hazards the other company didn't catch) cleaned the coils and installed a NEST thermostat for under $1000. Mike is straight forward and honest when it comes to AC. He explains everything clearly. AC works great now. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any HVAC issues.
Mike came out and changed my outdated thermostat and installed a smart thermostat he also had to contact the C wire to make that happen and the price was the lowest out there i know that because I got 5 estimates from different companies in my area/Santa Clarita he is a friendly, professional and honest person. Mike was great! We’re new to town so I took a chance based on his previous reviews. We had no heat and it was getting pretty cold in our house. Mike answered right away, came out within hours, and had us back up and warm in no time. He was right on time, super professional and friendly, and his fee was very reasonable. I’ve worked with quite a few different HVAC people in my travels, Mike is definitely right at the top as one of the best I’ve used. We will definitely be using him again. Thanks Mike!!!
Mike came out on a Saturday within an hour of calling for help. He diagnosed and repaired my unit quickly (blown transformer and electrical short, and as it turns out, a bad thermostat). So friendly. Explained everything. Told me what to watch out for if issues arise again. Really great service, super nice guy, fair prices.
