I will first say the technicians they send are punctual, courteous and professional. Now the bad. I purchased a new A/C condenser and heater blower from WeCare though Costco. I thought it would be great because it came through Costco. I even upgraded the unit for my small home, so as to protect it from overuse. To keep up my warranty, I am required to get yearly maintenance. On year TWO they told me one of the parts was starting to wear out and would need replacement soon. On year THREE they told me that same part needed to be replaced. I asked why, seeing it is a brand new unit and they told me this was a common problem. They then told me it was covered under warranty. After they fixed it, they changed their tune and said the warranty only covers a discount on parts and service. So, by year THREE I had to spend over $350 to repair a brand new unit. A friend came over during this service and admitted they had a bad experience with WeCare (hmmmm). They are purposefully selling junk and being shady about warranties. I would not recommend them to anyone. Use them at your own risk. I am realizing they are a big business (Masquerading as a small friendly business) trying to cut costs by selling low quality products.

Our service appointment with Andrew was great – he called 20 minutes prior to showing, arrived on time and worked efficiently. He made sure to show me pictures and explain the how and why for my HVAC system. Very happy to have set up a maintenance plan with We Care.

Trey is very friendly when arrive. I let Trey know the issue with the a/c. So he look over and explain the issue I had. Then he gave me my parts and explain each of them. Aaron has been out to do the the We Care Club maintenance and a follow up to do a Condenser w/Coil and Blower Assembly cleaning and disinfecting. Aaron did a great job and very customer focused. My system continues to run as designed and I know I can count on We Care to do an outstanding job. I highly recommend We Care for all your Ail Conditioning Needs.

Have had 3 major jobs done by We Care as well as been using them for spring &fall system checks under their monthly pay customer service. Stopped using them for spring & fall service as they never called me to schedule appointments as they were supposed to do. This year used them to have entire house re plumed. They used two different companies, neither of which they owned, one did the re plum and the other patched the walls. Was not informed prior to the contract about this and when problems occured had to work through the We Care rep in order to get two problems fixed immediately and had to call office two months later to get the third problem resolved when they did not follow up as promised. I would think that after paying We Care over $30,000 for the 3 jobs they would treat me with at least a minimum of professionalism . Unfortunately they did not do so. Will not use them again.

Even though I had a membership, they would not return phone calls. Many times found something in my house that needed to be replaced. Stopped the membership. Not happy with service. They have gotten too large. They don’t seem to care. They should change their name to Don’t Carepp

I did not get an honest service. 1. The plumber, Neil Campbell, quoted me a price of $120. The receipt was sent to a wrong email, the next day after my email was corrected I noticed that the actual price was $129. 2. The same plumber told me that the service had a 90-day warranty, the receipt says NO warranty. I called the office, I was told that they will get back to me with a clarification; so far nothing new to report.

They have been extremely communicative at every step; always reporting in on their next move and confirming every appointment time with multiple assurances that they will be there.
