Our AC stopped blowing cold air over the holiday weekend. We contacted Veteran’s Choice based on recommendations and reviews. They lived up to their reputation. Josh arrived early and diagnosed the problem immediately. He repaired the unit with parts on his truck and was on his way in about 40 mins. He was very friendly and professionally.
I couldn't be happier with the overall service of Veteran's Choice Plumbing Heating and Air. In particular, technicians Nick and Alfred were complete professionals with excellent workmanship!!
Joshua was my sevice tech... he was quick with a diagnosis and friendly. Great to have a company who knows what their doing.
Brian came by for follow up work and to diagnose another leak that we had in our upstairs bathroom/shower. He cut through the ceiling drywall in the downstairs living room to access the leak. I always appreciate Brian’s efforts to keep a very clean workspace. He set up plastic curtains around his immediate work area, as well as drop cloths and protection for our furniture. Always appreciate it!
I have had them come out multiple times and they always do a great you and are very friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.
Veterans choice does all things you would expect and more. They answered phone on first call. Made appointment for estimate. Sent text an email confirming. Sent text when on the way. Sent email of estimate of work. I booked appointment. Techs Alfredo and Nick showed up on time. Started work immediately. The job took 5 hours. Not once did I see them goofing off. You know on their phone for long periods or out at the truck snacking or smoking. These guys worked hard, started at 9 no breaks until completion. Basically what you would expect from a service company is exactly what they delivered. Side note. We all know a guy. My buddy who is in the business was going to do me a solid and get the work done for me. He has been too busy and I got tired of waiting. Veterans Choice beat my buddies price by $215.00. Good company skilled techs fair price great quality. Happy customer in Canyon Lake.

The company that had been servicing my AC unit for years went out of business so I had to search for another. I decided to call Veteran's Choice Plumbing & Heating based on their positive reviews. I'm glad I did. Alfredo and Nick did a wonderful job replacing my 15 year old AC and Heating system. They cleaned up so well I couldn't tell they were even there. Thank you gentlemen for all your hard work!

Gave price. Did work quickly for said price. Requested follow up recently. No issues. No issues with anything. No fiddle faddle with upcharges or trying to request more work than was necessary. What more could you want?
Alfredo and his partner did an excellent job. I know nothing about installing a air conditioner but I’m pretty pleased with their work ethics.

Extremely professional. Performed tuneup. Completed some other testing and noted some stuff seeming a little off and recommended keeping an eye on replacing It soon. Didn’t try to up sell anything. Id highly recommend
