Highly recommend Optimal Heating & Air. They were all very professional & knowledgeable with competitive pricing. We had them do a complete new install of our HVAC system. So glad we went with Optimal.

This company has gone above and beyond my expectations. The installers are very kind and Amy in the office is the most honest communicator I've spoken to about the cost and expectations of AC installment and maintenance. We we’re originally given astronomical estimates for repairs that turns out we didn’t even need. Optimal Air Heating & Air Conditioning came in and within an hour, they had completely diagnose the issue and were actively working the repairs needed. We were completely satisfied with the work that was done and wholeheartedly recommend them if you need their services. Jim and Amy are superstars.
I cannot say enough good about Optimal Air. I am so impressed with this company and the people who run it. This is a local family run business who are very much a part of the community. There was no attempt at profiteering at my expense; just quality work at fair prices. They replaced my 20 year old HVAC system at a very fair price. The quality of the work is top shelf. They were extremely careful during the install to protect my home from any damage. They were punctual and friendly. They explained in patient detail several options, what each option would cost, and the considerations for each. They had no problem waiting for me to conduct my own research before committing to anything. In short, if you are looking for an HVAC company THIS IS THE ONE YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!
I can not express enough how grateful we are to this company. Jim, Anthony and Amy gave us the best experience I've ever experienced in my life..Everyone is super polite and professional. These guys really took their time to make sure the problem was 100% the issue. They said they would come next week and called to come two days later with our new heat exchanger system. They were clean and make sure everything worked great. I will continue to use them as long as they are in business. Thank you guys for everything. I will recommend to everyone.
