Great job by Ryan & his crew, ( Augustine, Jesus, Kyle & JC ) completely removing a 60+year system out of a 100+year house! Work went smooth, they answered any questions & concerns that my wife & I had on the fly, and finished without a trace that they had ever been here. Will definitely be contacting them again for additional projects in the future.
My husband and I are first time home owners and have struggled for the past year with our HVAC until we found Morris Air and Electric. We had a new furnace and condenser installed. Ryan did an amazing job with the installation. He was very friendly and professional. When he was finished he explained everything that was done and made sure that everything was working correctly before the team left. We are so happy with the work that was done.
On the hottest summer day in 2022, Morris Air & Electric trickred my wife into buying a $7,500 Air Conditiona loan (2 x 35000 me and my wife) instead of just fixing the leaak. I was not at home. Greensky, the loan company, wouldn't let us get out of the contract; It seems common for them and they know contractors are doing this; Morris Air-Conditionin hid from us and wouldn't call us back during the 'waiting period'; We even went to their office and it was an empty building; Neighbors said they just moved out. They even took our old air condition and probably resold it.
Hot summer; I was at work; Instead of just repairing the AC they tricked my wife into buying a new $5000 unit; After that day, we couldnt get a real Morris Electric person online (just answering service); They actually jacked the old unit, probably used it for another job; They financed use with greensky which wouldn’t cancel the contract. Greensky charging use $50 a mont for 5 years BUT also a $29.99 service fee each month! What a mess, what a rip off; That unit was selling on Amazon for 1/2 their price! Horrible Buyer Beware. I’ll report them all to better business buero
Needed my ac fixed Jesus and Gabriel came by and fixed it in a well professional timely manner . They were very informative and polite highly recommend
Candace at Morris Air and Electric is extremely professional and so helpful. She has helped me with the logistics of coordinating my trips with the needs of my disabled father’s heating, air conditioning and electric needs at his home. I call her and always find her cheerful and responsive. Thank you Candace!

What a nightmare it has been trying to find someone to come help me with my air conditioning issues ! I am soo relieved to of found this place . Candace the manager helped me right away . She is hands down one of the best managers I have dealt with , she is very professional, and the quality of it all was amazing. Thankyou soo much Candace for all your help .. Finally got this damn thing fixed !

Morris Air and electric are awesome! They took care of me when I needed my AC repaired quickly and in a timely manner. Candace is super friendly, got me on the schedule and made sure to follow up with me during the process.
