The Service was Great and they were available for service on a Sunday during a Holiday Weekend!
Integrity Air proves time after time what a great business they are. Samuel performed my service today and he was professional, respectful and friendly. My dogs fell in love with him, lol. 10 stars as always.
Great service, my A/C units are running more efficiently after the tuneup.
We just had Samuel out with integrity air and we love him he’s so great and always helps us with whatever problem we have, it’s actually the second time we have had Samuel out to help us fix our Hvac system (we have an ongoing issue with our house that is not related to integrity air or any fault of theirs) so unfortunately the outside issue is constantly causing problems for us with our hvac so we use integrity air more often than the norm. But Samuel is always so professional and nice and no matter how long it takes him he always fixes the problem. They are always upfront with their pricing and their prices are reasonable and will even show you and explain to you what is going wrong and what needs to be fixed. We will definitely request Samuel again the next time we have an issue with our hvac system.
After receiving a bid from another local vendor (which was double the price for part and repair), we used Integrity. Highly recommend!
Extremely honest customer service! Will not sale you something you don’t need! Very appreciative for that and extremely quick to getting us a new AC after ours went out. Add 7 months to that, our heater was acting up. They came out and checked it out. Again, their honesty kept more money in my pocket and they keep my loyalty.

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole process in working with this team. Provided an entire HVAC replacement and throughout the whole process they seemed very knowledgable and were very honest about everything. Were on time and for each appointment and left our home clean after completion.

Last night we ended up having our heater stop working which is not a good thing in our household! You see I am disabled and unfortunately being cold really hurts my body. So we ended up calling Integrity, Air, Heating and Cooling and they sent Samuel Hamilton who was awesome at expediting a request to get the heater fixed as soon as possible! At first, we were told that the part would have to pick up the part and not be able to repair it until the following week I explained to Samuel that I’m disabled, and being without heat, would just make my condition even worse! That being said, Samuel went out of his way to make sure that this part was not only picked up, but also installed the same day, so that I didn’t have to be without heat throughout the night or the week! Now that’s service!! Thank you Mr Samuel Hamilton! I won’t forget your kindness. This is the second time we’ve used Integrity Heating and Cooling and Travis helped us last time with our upstairs heaters, and we have to say they gave us some great service! We definitely recommend them!

They put in my heater/ac about 3 years ago and have been great. I highly recommend them.
Samuel was great, he took the time to answer my questions and explain a range of options. I appreciate that he offered me a range and not just the most expensive option, which is what I got from other companies that I called. Looks like they just earned my business!
Andrew did a good job the repair went well no problems
So far, so good. Andrew provided solid, expert advice for addressing my 20-year-old ducting problem in relation to my brand new heating and air conditioning system. I will update this review upon completion of the work that is scheduled to begin on Thursday, 11/17. FOLLOW-UP: The job was completed as described. The crew was on time and did a phenomenal job! Added an additional return to feed a brand new furnace that requires a much higher volume of return air to work properly (new emission standards dictated this), as well as adding an additional supply vent and dampers to direct air appropriately, we now have outstanding air flow throughout the house, just as Andrew promised. Very happy with this service and highly recommend!
I had my bi-annual hvac maintenance with Travis this week. And later this week Jacob called when my heating didn’t come on. Both gentlemen were on time, courteous and explained in detail what they completed and what I could expect. I’m thrilled to do business with this company.
