This is Steve’s 2nd visit to my home for separate issues. Both times, he was prompt professional, and got the job done. Answered all my questions, whether silly or not, and explained thoroughly the job at hand. Will definitely reach out to Encore again if service is needed
Adrian went the extra mile and was able to problem solve my air conditioner repair without having to spend thousands in repairs. Much appreciation.
Encore and our Tech Frank did an exceptional job. Our AC unit stopped giving us AC on 7/3 and Frank was at our door at 9:00 am on 7/4 (yes, on the 4th of July). We were so grateful and Frank had the parts we needed and we had our lovely cool air back in record time. Thank you, Frank and all the Encore team.
We called encore late Saturday evening on a holiday weekend and they were able to send someone out to fix our AC unit within two hours. Jake came out and was the man. A modern day hero really. Super personable, professional and efficient. He had a great attitude despite working at 9:30 pm on Saturday . Would highly recommend Encore and Jake!

Excellent service! Encore Technician Adrian was on time and did an excellent job on diagnosing my needed AC repairs. Very helpful at explaining what is also needed to extend the life of my AC unit by installing a Kickstarter to the outside unit. Once the kickstarter was installed I immediately noticed how much quieter my outside AC unit operated. AC unit now blows cold air!
Jake and his crew showed up on time and conducted meticulous installation. Clean, professional, and everything I could want and more from a business. Every now and then if you’re lucky you come across a contractor who really cares and completely know the trade. That is Encore. They really have mastered their skill set. I will never use anyone else for plumbing or AC. Thank you so much guys!!!
Thank you Chris and Encore. We came home from vacation and the water heater was out and it’s a holiday weekend. Encore came by the same day, fixed the water heater and the price was very reasonable. Chris was nice and professional. Thank you!!!

After getting three bids, I hired Encore Plumbing to replace my AC & furnace. My furnace was emitting foul smells & both units were costly to run. Encore was an easy choice with not only a competitive bid, but with a comprehensive, understandable, professional analysis related to the installation. They did not need to alter the ceiling access for furnace. Derek E. & his team, John & Jake, completed the job, including permit, in a reasonable time. If you want process predictability, honesty, & a solid work ethic, give Derek a call. They also do routine plumbing repairs. And the efficiency test for the permit was perfect. I can’t wait to save on the monthly cost. A year later….Encore came out to check on furnace & components as part of the install. After thorough review & test, system passed with flying colors, including how heat was passing to livable spaces. Frank was professional, polite, & took his time. Great service! Thanks ENCORE! Steve with Encore installed my new kitchen sink in about an hour. Goodbye old leaky faucet. I have hired Encore for multiple jobs & they have surpassed my expectations every time. Thanks Encore! Love that i am getting free inspections with the small member fee. This keeps everything working!

I called Encore late on a Monday evening after our water heater went out. They were very responsive and got us an appointment scheduled for the following morning. Chris Cordova was right on time and extremely professional. He inspected our old unit and provided a thorough diagnosis. After discussing various options, we decided to replace the hot water tank. Chris was very efficient and kept me updated throughout the process. He did great work and we are very happy with the service provided by Encore.
We had a great experience with Encore, Frank was on time, professional and went above and beyond to help us figure out the issues we were having. He was honest and patient explaining all of the problems with our ancient system. When we eventually replace our system we will definitely be using Encore.
