This is as good as it gets when it comes to Hvac. Showed up early and ready to work, took the time to answer any and all questions I had about new system.

EMT-HVAC was not only on time, but reached out to let us know they finished up prior appointments early and asked if they could arrive sooner than our scheduled time which was great. Earnest arrived with protecting slip covers on his shoes before entering the house, that spoke volumes as this was the first time in all my years of living in different homes that any company of any service that the rep would wear them. THIS act/thought alone was the biggest sign of this man's character and his respect for others, for this reason I will continue utilizing their service and would highly recommend no question. From beginning to end Earnest was very knowledgeable, humble, professional, explained everything in great detail, got us back up and running, provided preventative care tips and let us know to reach back out anytime should we encounter any further issues. Earnest cleaned the mess other company left!!!! Last winter another company came to fix my furnace and charged me $450. 9 months later i tried to use my heater again and it was just blowing cold air. An inexperienced company came 3 days ago and couldn't figure out the problem.... Earnest from EMT diagnosed the problem in less that 15 minutes! ... He showed me that the tech from last year did a wiring mess that could of been hazardous and ruin my whole system. Earnst fixed the wiring properly... And my furnace! Thanks Earnest from EMT! My family won't be cold for the holidays!

EMT-HVAC is very knowledgeable, truthful, affordable pricing and will not screw you over. They will even educate you along the way. I am totally satisfied with my service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend Earnest and his company. He was very professional and on time and got the job done . He was the second company recommend by the insurance company but was a lot less than what the 1st company wanted to charge. He said that his goal was to save the home owner as much money as possibe and he delivered that promise. He also answered the phone every time I called and made the process simple and easy. Earnie is an outstanding individual, knowledgable about his craft and did an amazing job replacing our AC unit. We had to work through a home warranty company to get our replacement units, Earnie provided consistent communication along the way. As soon as he could get the parts from the warranty company he installed the new units quickly. I would recommend Earnie for any HVAC services you need, he is a true professional.

Yesterday afternoon the fan motor in our furnace burned out, rendering our AC useless. We were scrambling to find someone and we were recommended to call Enest from EMT-HVAC. When I called, he answered and was able to schedule us, SAME DAY! Once he should up he quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the unit. Now we have cool air blowing again.
