Our builder installed HVAC died after just six years. To say this wasn’t expected and we were beyond frustrated is putting it mildly. I found your company on line and your reviews were outstanding. So I called. Thank you so much. First to Jimmy who came out first and did his best to revive our dead HVAC. To Darren who helped us find the perfect HVAC for our budget. To Haley who arranged the appointment times and called us when an earlier appointment opened. And finally to Alex and Patrick who installed the new system. They both answered all my questions with a smile , kept me posted on the progress and never once were bothered when my elderly father would pop up and snooped as they worked. Everyone was polite , professional , on time and cleaned up after themselves. The price they quoted me was the price I paid. Thank you for your honesty as well. You have a customer for life. A+

I have been using Cool Air Solutions for years now as my annual maintenance service for Heating and AC and have always had a fantastic experience with their technicians. I wanted to write a review today because I had an even more outstanding service than usual with Tony Renteria who went above and beyond to answer many of my questions and give me a detailed look at all of the service details being performed. Tony and Cool Air always leave me with a great impression, thank you for the professional and expert servicing Tony!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I called regarding the heater in our home not working, a "technician " came to check our system and stated everything was now working properly, he only had to clean some parts and that was it. The unit was heating up until 3 hrs later it stopped functioning again. I called them to notify them of the issue and they sent the same tech over. He stated he misdiagnosed the issue and that parts were required to be changed and they would need to order the parts. That tech quoted me $360 for 3hrs of labor ($120per hr) I said fine. I Called them back to schedule the repair and I received 2 completely different prices than what the first tech quoted me. The dispatcher said it would be $360 and it would take 2 hrs, that's $180 per hour unfortunately it's required here in my home since I have 2 handicap children and an elderly mother who need our home to be warm due to medical needs. I agreed and had her order the parts. About 3 min later I received a call from "Tony" a different tech who gave me a different price of $540 for 3hrs. I asked both "Tony" & the dispatcher why the difference in price from all 3 employees and noone was able to give me a straight answer. I no longer felt I could trust this company to diagnose, repair nor charge a correct price for the repair, as all 3 employees quoted me different prices. VERY DISAPPOINTED, not sure how they have such high rantings on Google, but I even canceled my subscription to their maintenance service plan which I signed up for the first time they came. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICES!
Definitely a 5 Star! Today, I had another appointment for Furnace Maintenance, in which it was performed again by Tony. He was courteous, professional, and did another great job performing maintenance on our system; that said, IF customers are looking for absolutely great customer service and care of your systems, call Cool Air Solutions Heating and Air Conditioning; ask specifically for Tony!

On time, clean and very polite. Professional assessment of my HVAC problem. He went up into our attic and took pictures of the issue we are having. Showed me the problem and explained clearly what it will take to fix it. He left me feeling confident I had chosen the right company for the job. Kendall performed the furnace inspection and maintenance for our system. He was on time, friendly and informative. He was neat and made sure everything was back the way he found it. He let us know how our system was doing and recommended some possible upgrades. Overall a great job.
Tony is very pleasant and did a great job with servicing our equipment. He did a thorough job. Would love to keep him as the servicer on our account.

Jorge was very professional and explained everything thoroughly in layman's terms that was easy to understand . We are completely satisfied with his outstanding service and did a great job. He even left everything clean which is a big plus. Thanks Jorge and cool air solutions for your spectacular service , I would not hesitate to use them again . Though it’s been less than 24 hours since the installation of our new system, we’re satisfied with the system itself and completely satisfied with the professionalism, skill and reliability of Nathan and his team. I would not hesitate in recommending Cool Air Solutions to friends and family.

Kendall our service tech shared a few safety concerns of the HVAC unit and repaired them immediately. Great service and shared a few pointers to keep the unit running smoothly.
Tech that was sent had no clue of the system he was working on . He said he had never seen a system like mine. Made a futile attempt to repair heater. Gave me an outrageous quote for repair. Could not tell me if that would fix my heater. This business needs to have techs that knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on.
Jimmy was amazing! He was able to come out within a day of calling to fix a heater issue we were having. Very Responsive and respectful. Will definitely be using him in the future for any HVAC needs.
