Excellent service! We had a full system replacement with duct work. Compared to the big companies, Airtight’s value was the best. The price was much better too. Ryan worked hard and his attention to detail and his communication were top notch. I felt very comfortable from the minute I met him. Very trustworthy and no BS. If I have any other HVAC projects, he’s my guy.

I compared prices from three different company for my AC and Ryan was the most affordable price. He gave me a lot of freebies, he cleaned the furnace free of charge, he replaced some parts of the furnace free of charge, since I can only pay for the AC.. he helped me with connecting a new exhaust duct for my dryer( free of charge again). He checked my gas line to my dryer free of charge! I have found me a new friend! Thanks Ryan
Ryan, the owner from Airtight A/C came right over and fixed our unit asap just before the big heat wave! He was in and out within the hour... no muss, no fuss and his prices were lower than other places we called in our area. We are extremely happy with our new AC from AirTight Air. Ryan, the owner, did all the work and he was thorough and honest. He took us along the replacement journey step by step explaining what was being done and why. He was always on time and would call ahead to let us know he was on his way. He answered every question I asked. I’m a retired electrical engineer so I understood his answers and know they were correct. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and super hard working! He goes the extra mile and truly cares about his work. This turned out to be the best contractor experience I have ever had. Ryan was knowledgeable, skilled, professional, ZERO excuses, pointed me towards a couple of pressure-free opportunities that totally worked in my favor. I can't recommend AirTight Air, Inc highly enough. The work was started and completed on time; all components were top quality, and the total cost was very reasonable. I am convinced I will never have to worry about my heating and air for as long as I own my home. If you have heating and air needs, you cannot go wrong with this company, hands down the best in the region!

Airtight Air, Inc and Ryan are the best repair service you could ever hope for. My AC unit went out over this past very hot weekend. I called Airtight and that same day Ryan came out and had my home cool again within the hour. We are so very pleased with the meticulous attention to detail in every phase of the complete replacement of our furnace, attic fan and air conditioner. Ryan is absolutely the best. We had a complete new system installed because ours was so old. Ryan always told us what the next step was and had great communication throughout the installation process. I wouldn’t even bother to call someone else. What a great work ethic!
Ryan from AirTight Air has restored my faith in customer service and quality workmanship, and I can't say enough great things about him! We recently purchased our house knowing that it was old and would need repairs, but we never expected to be handed the keys to our forever home and be told that the A/C & Heat just quit working! Our home warranty company was no help, they wouldn't disclose what type of equipment would be installed, they wanted a lot of money, and they were rude. We knew that we were going to have to handle this ourselves, and we made an excellent choice in hiring Ryan from AirTight Air! Ryan installed a 2 Stage Goodman Air Conditioner Unit & 5 Ton Compressor, Goodman Gas Furnace, i-Wave Air Purifier System, and Venstar Color Touch Wi-Fi Controllable Thermostat. Ryan is a perfectionist, paying attention to every detail, with a commitment to quality install & service. He thoughtfully explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. Ryan also went the extra mile by fixing unforeseen problems that arose from the house being so old and not properly maintained. He is a hard worker that truly cares about his customers and doing the absolute best job possible. We are so happy with the job that Ryan did, and we know that our new system will last a lifetime (probably longer than us!). Now our home will be warm & cozy every night, AirTight! Our project was completed on August 2nd. Loving our new HVAC system and set up! We really had a positive experience dealing with Julie and Ryan from start to finish of our project. They're a great team! Ryan is very detailed and worked extended hours to make sure that our new AC is up and running in 48 hours. He spent long hours in the attic even though it was over 100 degrees! His work is very detailed, clean and full of pride. We are highly impressed with his professionalism, skills and workmanship. Of course, his wife Julie is awesome as well. I appreciate immediate response to all my questions and inquiries. She's knowledgeable and has a positive attitude. We highly recommend this company to anyone. It was definitely a great decision for us to go with Airtight Air. I can't stop referring them to family, friends and our neighbors! Thanks again AIRTIGHT AIR for a job well done!
