Philip provided all info I need in 1 call, came on time, fixed the issue within 30min. His price was also FAIR and Competitive. I called at least 4 plumbers before calling him and he was by far the best in every aspect. Highly recommended.
We used Philip Walters' services for replacing a 50Gallon Gas water heater. He was Professional, Prompt, Punctual, Honest, and exhibited full knowledge on do's and don'ts. The cost for replacement was very reasonable. Highly recommend Phillip for any one needing plumbing and other heating and cooling needs.

Came out once to fix an issue on my Tankless, so I contacted him again. In this case he said he would check with tech support for the unit and get back to me but never did. The value wasn't great, as the site visit was expensive and I'd be hesitant to try again for Tankless water heater issues.
I used Philips to replace the anod rod for my water heater. Even though in the end the work didn't get done due to tigtness of the anod rod, I would recommend Philips for his honesty, promptness and professional work.
