Peter was the technician that ARC Mechanical Systems dispatched to take a look at the issues at our San Carlos Showroom. Extremely professional and responsive. There was an emergency at a different location and Peter called immediately to re-schedule. Peter showed up the next day bright and early and went to work. I showed up at the office this morning and the heating system is working perfect. Quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend ARC.
