Baytek did an amazing job! Throughout the whole process Edgar and his Team were great and were always responsive and kept us in the loop of everything. They were on time and did their work smoothly, clean and efficiently! New HVAC works PERFECT! Strongly recommend going with these guys!
Definitely one of the very best experiences I've had with an HVAC Company. Baytek installed a new Heating & Air Conditioning System. I had several companies provide quotes. Baytek not only had the best price, but was the most responsive and explained everything in detail. As a Landlord living outside of the area, they made the process very easy for me. Baytek scheduled directly with my Tenant and communicated with me the scheduled agreed time. They provided me with before and after photos and my Tenant was very pleased. Edgar and his team did an outstanding job. I very much appreciate their service and quality.
I highly recommend Baytek Indoor Air Solutions. They responded very quickly, after calls to other vendors were unanswered. Edgar was able to squeeze in our repair during a heat wave. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. We were back and running within 2 hours of diagnosis. I will definitely use them again!
Our A/C sytem was on the fritz just before a major heat wave. I messaged Baytek after the previous company I used didn't return my calls. I heard back the next day and Edgar came out and diagnosed the problem. He and one of his guys came by the following day and fixed it in less than two hours. We definitely recommend Baytek and will be using them in the future.
We saw a post on Facebook and reached out to Edgar. He was very quick to respond and came out the same day! Our AC was fixed within 48 hours. Customer service was top notch and we will definitely use him again if needed! 10/10 recommend!
