It is always great to service our Stuart Rose installed HVAC system with Mark Duran. He knows the equipment very well, and is very thorough when explaining everything about it. Mark takes the time to answer questions with enthusiasm. He has respect for our house, and is a very clean worker. I highly recommend Marc at Stuart Rose AC.

Stuart Rose Heating and Air has helped me for more than 12 years servicing and maintaining my heating and cooling equipment. I manage multiple private residences and when there is a problem they show up every time. Their customer service representative's, Hillary, is always friendly and helpful scheduling our appointments and Linda will call the day before to confirm whether it's routine maintenance or an installation. We've had several service technicians, Mike, Mark and Sergio. They are always professional, courteous, on time, prepared and eager to solve the issue's, or to do yearly scheduled maintenance. We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Doug, Jeff and Jose. They are all hard working and good at what they do.
Stuart Rose is a great company with a long-history in Ventura County. Always on time and they do what they say they are going to do, for the price quoted. I'm a fan. Go Stuart Rose!
I'M A CANCER PATIENT-HEAT/AC OUT SINCE OCTOBER-CHURCH IS GOING TO HELP ME WITH REPAIRS BUT NEED A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. STUART ROSE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED BUT REFUSED TO HELP. WOULD GIVE ME A PRICE BUT REFUSED TO PROVIDE A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. DID NOT CARE AT ALL. DO WHAT I DID-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE OTHER COMPANY GLADLY PROVIDED THE WRITTEN ESTIMATE. 100% TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STUART ROSE AC AND WOULD NOT EVER USE THEM
Absolutely over the top price gouging expensive, coming from a 4th generation contractor
In the dead heat of summer, I had Mark out at my father-in-law’s house to conduct a repair. He showed up in the time frame quoted, was able to deduce what the problem was, and remedied on the spot. Hillary was the one who scheduled the appointment. She was very kind and polite.
I've used Stuart Rose Hearing and Air for many years, for my own home as well as my rental property. Everyone involved, from the technicians who helped design and install the heating and air systems, to those maintaining the equipment as well as the administrative personnel I've dealt with, have always been very professional. I am pleased to recommend their services.

Great place to call for your heating and air issues
I am a commercial/residential property manager, and Stuart Rose & Heating is by far one of the most responsive AC companies I have every had the pleasure to work with. Starting with Hillary who was so on top of our appointments, and explaining tech work, etc- even to getting the right number to call when tech was on their way (trust me, small detail but saves so much time). The service was in depth, quality service. Technician is not on a rush to get onto the next job- which is always the case with service calls. They are there to perform the work, and make sure that it is done correctly. I would highly recommend them and their team of professionals.

The entire team at Stuart Rose solved a challenging AC problem for me, creatively, happily and less expensively than the competitive bids I received. I own an Eichler home and wanted to preserve the original architectural intention of the interior and exterior, a post and beam masterpiece with no attic space for venting, but needed to cool the house which has tons of gorgeous mid-century glass throughout, so the solar gain is significant. Special shout-out to Tracy, the estimator, who listened to my concerns and came up with a mini-split solution, and to the installers, especially Doug and Memo, who not only installed it perfectly but came up with a brilliant custom solution to help vent my portable units through the walls of the four bedrooms to avoid the sloppy look of windown venting. They went over and above the job requirements! I recommend them to everyone, but especially to homeowners who have special architctural and design preservation concerns, and who care deeply about doing things right. Linda in the office was also very flexible and accommodating and made the entire process very enjoyable. Thank you, Stuart Rose!
