Their work was very tidy & professional - and all the pipe work and cables between the indoor and outdoor units were installed very neatly and unobtrusively. Clearly a 5 star company! I called them around 9 am since my A/C was having issues the night before. The girl who answered said the tech would be out between 10 and 1 but would call when he was on the way. As you would expect from an honest company, I received the phone call that the tech was on his way and he arrived in about 20 mins. The estimate I was given on the phone was accurate and the work was done quickly. Very satisfied customer here!
We have 2 AC units replaced by Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning and they have excellent service! Work is done in a timely fashion and they leave no less behind. The owner is very friendly and helpful. They are always available by phone and come out very quickly for service calls. I highly recommend!
