Dave and Nery did great work, and they worked a long time to make sure everything got done and got done right. Their work was impeccable. Dave installed lights in the kitchen ceiling, and everything was lined up perfectly and looked beautiful. Nery brought the garage outlets up to code, and his finished work was excellent. Dave was very good about explaining things to me in a way that made sense to me. Great work and great service. I have used R and R many times, and they are the best.
Gary was great! He took his time and did a thorough job servicing our HVAC system.
Two men showed up to install the air conditioner. They were very organized and clean. Answered questions quickly.
Your technician was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. At the end he did not try and sell me on things I didn’t need. It was an absolute pleasure.
This is the second negative review that I have written. I will discuss two separate instances which happened a few days apart. One service was for electricity. The other was for HVAC. The electrician took two hours just to review our home and make a series of recommendations for service. No work was done yet. Two hours in we receive multiple quotes for various levels of service with pricing that ranged from high to extremely high. Then he pitched a membership and show savings if you sign up for a plan. I was over two hours in at this point and I had a hard stop that was rapidly approaching with no work being done yet. I decided before I started spending a significant amount of money on one of their plans, that I’d see the quality of their work. I instructed the technician to pick the easiest project (according to him) and install one new power outlet. I asked if the technician could do that in the time remaining and he assured me he could, so he started the work. The technician put a hole in my wall and then said he’d made a mistake and he couldn’t do the work in the spot he picked. I asked him if there was another spot, and he assured me there was a spot slightly to the right of the initial location. He proceeded and again had to stop, stating he made another mistake. At that point I stopped the work and told him to wrap up. I had lost all confidence in his ability and was not sure, at that time, if it was just him or the company I should be concerned about. He attempted to patch the hole in my wall (which now must be painted), wrapped up and left. When he left, he left the power off in one room. I didn’t know that until after he left, and I went to turn on the lights. But he didn’t just turn off the power at the electrical panel. He disconnected the wires at the outside electrical panel, left the cover plate on the ground with the wires exposed, and we had to call the company to come back out so he could fix the mess he made. He was apologetic

I had an annual inspection and they identified a leak in our system - gave me several options so that I didn't waste money paying for things I didn't need.

DO NOT not use this company. They are grossly overpriced. Had this company out on 6/20/2023 to check my A/C. Told me my system needed to be replaced and gave me a bid. Let’s start with the thermostat bid. Their member price savings bid was $496.95. The same thermostat at Home depot - $69.98. It takes maybe 15 minutes max to put one of these in (I replaced ours myself). $500 bucks for a thermostat I can get at Home Depot for $70 – absolutely ridiculous. Next up - their member price quote (member price is supposed to save you money) for a 14seer 4 ton Condenser and coil - $11,971.60. (doesn’t include additional fees of $810.00). Looked online for how much this should cost. Answer – somewhere around $5,000. Now in fairness, this is Thousand Oaks and contractors are higher priced here – however, had a guy out the next day that gave me a quote to do the same job for less than ½ of RR’s quote – but said I should just wait because my A/C was working OK and would still cool the house. Also – they failed to mentioned that there is a fed tax credit of $600 if I get a Seer2 16 or above. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your AC needs. Reply to owner's comments on my review. Owner tries to negate my comments by saying I'm not in their database and then imply I'm a competitor. (In fairness I did list the date originally as 6/21 when it was 6/20) however.......... Richard - how many quotes on a 14seer 4 ton did you give out to a person with the initials BC that week - specifically on 6/20/23? I'm 100% in your database and you should just own up to it. Or...........I can take a picture of your entire bid and put it on google. Your people have called me numerous times to ask if I want to accept your bid. So let's put that one to bed. Next up - Richard talks about not installing things if you are not a professional. Ok - reasonable point. But he is deflecting us from the real issue. Our old furnace went down suddenly just before the Christmas, we needed two complete Heating and Cooling systems installed in a short time. RR was very responsive and provided the service we needed within very short time before we could go out for Christmas holidays. Alonzo, Matt, Roger and Nima all were VERY professional and friendly and delivered an A class job before time. RR also provided finance without us jumping through hoops. Excellent company. Highly recommended.
RR Electric installed 3 ceiling fans. Tuom was the lead on the project and was kind, courteous, and very professional. The fans were all installed with new electrical runs, and the drywall damage (which was inevitable with this type of work) was as minimal as possible. Will definitely use again and I highly recommend!
My service guy Rodrigo Estrada did a wonderful job today on my A/C service call. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I have been using RR Electric Heating and Air for many years, but todays service by far topped the charts. I thought my old service guy was great, but WOW Rodrigo really proved today what a great service is really like. He literally rolled out a red carpet. He used covers for his shoes and laid out a carpet at the front door and attic access to keep the carpet clean. He even vacuumed the dust from my filter vents and rinsed and wiped down my A/C unit exterior dust. He was careful to close the doors and gates behind him so I didn’t have to worry about my fur babies getting out. Honestly I wasn’t going to keep using the company anymore, but I definitely will remain a customer as long as Rodrigo stays as my service guy.
Hunter was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient explaining everything and answering all my questions. The work got done on time as promised and I couldn’t be happier with my service. Thank You.
Great job converting our old fluorescent light fixture into three stylish dimmable led lights. Very professional and kept area tidy.

Very professional and nice. Brendan and Jose installed a new floor electrical outlet for recliner couch. They cut carpet & wood boards and moved electrical from wall to floor. Then followed with cleaning and vacuuming.

Rodrigo as well as Eli came back to my home to move forward with some recommendations he made at my previous appointment. Both Rodrigo and Eli were professional, friendly and a very positive attitude. They explained to me what they were doing and showed me pictures after the work was done. They were awesome!
