Over the past five years Iwai has been our go-to for any cooling and heating needs. They have moved the condenser, performed routine maintenance, replaced the thermostat, and most recently replaced the failing condenser pump. They have been responsive, prepared, and friendly. We highly recommend Iwai

When our central heat didn't turn on right away, I called what I though was Benedict and Benedict, only to learn that they had been bought by Iwai Cooling and Heating. As a long time customer of the former company, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Iwai also had the same high standards for customer service and efficiency. Brandon Iwai was courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. I will be sure to schedule an annual AC service with this fine company.
