I was introduced to Air-Tro when I was hired as the Facilities Manager at a local school. They were the clients vendor and maintained the schools many A/C systems. They were vere very professional. I used them professionally after that in my Consulting business as they were a high quality HVAC service company. I highly recommend them.

Prompt service. Very knowledgeable technicians who provided good information about what was wrong with our A/C and the available options. All services were priced as expected for the industry.

New Aircondition units were installed. It cost me around 30k. One of the units failed within 18 mo. It has been 5 months and I can’t get them to repair and replace. In addition they want to charge me for the repair
Giving wrong recommendations. Business unwilling to replace the broken part. Consistently inclined on fixing the part instead of replacing the part. No receipts or slips provided after the fix. Personnel never showed up during the first appointment. Had to call customer service again to check why no one showed up and had to reschedule it again. There was still leak after the fix so obviously they did not know how to fix it. Risky and shady business practices. Does not honor the safety codes. Do not recommend.

Adrian came to our house to repair our heater. We spoke on the phone & within 15 minutes he was there. He was so professional & thorough. It seemed like he really cared about his job, which is rare these days. My husband said when he left: "That was a quality dude." lol. It's just refreshing to get the help you need from someone who cares!
The installers arrived on time each day and quietly did their job. But they did Not take sufficient amount of time to make sure we knew how to operate the computer/digital thermostat. Heater stopped working and we had to call next day for a trouble shooter to come out. It was discovered that there had been a mistake in too much gas being entered causing the system to shut off also the thermostat was set up to do a lot of complicated things but we were told just hit off or on button. Also installers did not point out a large gap in stucco when cutting for vent. We had to call and ask for that to be repaired. Which was, and was done promptly. The company was always polite and promptly addressed our issues, but they could have been avoided.
we did not have heat at my mom's house for two weeks, it took Air-Tro to get the parts to fix the heater but once they had the part them came right over and Jose the technician fixed is right away and he did a great job explaining all the was doing to the heater to my mom in Spanish, which my mom loved. Air-Tro did a great job
I have a Lennox highest end furnace SLP98v which was installed 8 years ago and is still under warrantee. The system is known for defective pressure switch. I recently had problems with the exhaust not colling enough so that the water vapor went to the exhaust fan and pipe and condensed there. This could be caused by either the air flow was too low or the defective pressure switch. Called Lennox for the pressure switch but they refused to send me one and demanded me to arrange a dealer to service it. I found Air Tro. The woman answered the phone said that initial visit will be $89 and that fund is applied to repairs if needed. A technician came and suggested to increase the air flow and replace the pressure switch (He is quite capable). Then he charged me for $257 for about 1.5 hours he spent in my house. It is a little higher than I expected but I thought it is reasonable because he will come back with the new pressure switch (part is free under warrantee). A few days later, I got a message from Pete asking me to sign a contract for $72 plus $144/hr to do another diagnosis! I am in the field of machine automation and knows HVAC well. I pushed him back and asked him to give me a quote on replacing the warrantee switch which takes 10 minutes to do. He quoted $313 for the 10 minutes job and insisted that they do not apply the first fund I paid to the repair (either him or the receptionist lied). If I continue using them, it is more than $500 for a simple 10 min warrantee job! Thanks that I know HVAC very well and I did not fall into the trap. I here warn others with little HVAC knowledge do not use this company. It could be very costly!
Honesty is everything when using a service company. They were very responsive when I initially called and they came out. However, the tech that they sent was sitting in his vehicle for 1 hour before making his way into our office (he arrived at 8) he came into our office at 9 and left by 11. When I received the work order, the tech stated he was here for 3 hours (obviously not true) when I called the office to advise them no one ever reached out to me to discuss. When I finally received the invoice, they billed us for 2.5 hours plus labor. I could never use this company again and I honestly cant recommend someone I feel is dishonest.
Air-Tro installed a complete HVAC system replacement. All work was professional done in a timer order and at a competitive price. Very satisfied customer that recommends Air-Tro for your HVAC needs!
Called up and got same day service with no upcharge. Came out and fixed problem and charged me a good fair rate. No issues, techs were professional and honest.

I spoke with Jose at Air-Tro on Monday about coming to my Mother in Law's residence for an inspection regarding possible replacement of the HVAC system. We had already been told it needed to be replaced based on age and service performance, so we weren't surprised with the recommendation to move forward. His estimate was reasonably close to the others we had received and his team was available to start work in two days which was great since the weather had just turned from mild to cold. The Team (John, Mario-1, and Mario-2) showed up on Wednesday morning with the replacement equipment Air-Tro had in stock and began work at 8:30am. They completed the installation of the new equipment, both heating and AC units and were gone by 2:15pm. They cleaned up on their way out and took the old system with them. The new system works fantastic and the quality of life for my 91 year old Mother in Law should be much improved and cost her less through the cold and hot seasons given the greater efficiencies of the new and properly size equipment. Great Job Air-Tro! This HVAC company is highly recommended. Doug B.

The technician Donny Class was extraordinary, having a high level of expertise and dedication. He kept me informed every step of the way as he installed my new air conditioning and heating system. He also was concerned of the final touches, so it would maintain the decor of the room. I highly recommend Air Tro.
