These guys showed up and started right in on their scam. They tried to tell me that my furnace needed a part (a gas valve) that would need to ship from another state and would take approximately 2 months to arrive. I guess it's coming via the Pony Express. Then they said the install of the new gas valve would cost $3200 once it arrived. I asked for the part number so I could make a few calls and the technician told me that it was difficult to locate and that i had to cross reference the serial number and look it up in the parts catalog. I found the part number (it is printed in bold numbers and letters on the front of the part. Part number SV9500M-2686) and subsequently found the part on Amazon, available through several vendors and made by four manufacturers) for $300 and available to arrive the next day. To see how far these guys would take it, I asked them how much a new furnace would cost. They said $5,200 nearly instantly. Now I've been in the construction business since I was born and a police officer for many years. I know all the scams. These guys are likely duping plenty of people, so get a second opinion before you give these guys your money.... Or just call somebody else entirely. I called the manager who acted as if he was going to do something about what happened, but has never returned my call since.

We cannot say enough about this company. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to correct an issue that was caused by a previous installer and in no way, shape or form their problem. They could have walked away at anytime. But they didn’t!!! They stuck with us, worked with us and resolved the issue. We will gladly refer them to everyone we know! They have a customer for life!!!!
I selected Trifecta because of their reviews and local. Sean and the other tech are very Knowledgeable and came out next day and repaired issue in no time. Also very reasonable on Diagnosis fee. I am in Real Estate and they are now my go to for HVAC. Mark

Today I had an estimated quote for my AC and I was extremely happy I got it from this company. They showed up on time and were ready to go. They listened to the problems I was having and made great recommendations. They also helped me install my Nest thermostat and replaced a smart switch plate. I highly recommend these dynamic duo. They work great as a team. I am tremendously happy with my quote and am very grateful they went out of their way to help with my installations. Thanks Darwin and Andrew!! You guys are the Best!!
What a wonderful professional service we just received. Sean and John were on the service call to help with a broken heater. First I was able to get a visit today and second they were earlier then scheduled which was great. They came in very professional, clean, well groomed (handsome) and went right to inspecting the heater. Issue was fixed fairly quickly and they went through a number of senarios as to why the heater went out. Also helped us better understand what we could do to get better heat circulating downstairs. We were very pleased with our experience. Highly recommended.
I had a broken thermostat, as well as faulty air conditioner parts. Sean and John fixed all of my problems quickly and we are up and running again, with heat and air. They were professional, super friendly and extremely helpful and kind. If I owned my own business, I'd have tried to hire them both!
I thought I had a simple request. After being charged twice to come out and look at it I am told they can not do what i want.
We are taking the time to write a lengthy review because of the overwhelmingly positive experience we had working with Trifecta! If you don’t want to read the full entry, then please know we would highly recommend Trifecta to anyone looking to install AC!! We live in a townhome with an HoA and wanted to install AC when we purchased the unit in 2017. We received multiple quotes and chose Trifecta for both their pricing and their professionalism during the early stages of the process. During the installation itself and for many months after, our HoA created seemingly never-ending “conditions”, some of which were borderline ridiculous. During this time, I asked the Trifecta team for their support many times, and they always accommodated without hesitation! Throughout the entire process, every Trifecta team member we interacted with, either in person or on the phone, was always professional. They listened to everything we were going through with HoA, and then worked with us to find a solution. We were finally able to satisfy all HoA requirements and look forward to enjoying another summer with AC! This is one of the most professional HVAC vendors I have worked with, and I am a Realtor, dealing with property matters on a weekly basis. Very professional, and they limited the work to exactly what needed to be done. They even shared how I could repair the matter if I chose. That is rare.

Their expertise on Heating and Air as well as their customer service is beyond 5 stars .( technicians ) Derwin , Andrew , Jimmy , Sean and John were extremely patient and never gave up on our very difficult repair . I work nights and like to have my house warm when I get home after work. One night I walked into my living room and something wasn't right. It was cold as heck! It took me a moment to realize that my heater wasn't working. I thought my roommate turned off the thermostat but nope that wasn't the case. I hopped online to search for a repair company and found Trifecta. I went on their website and was able to chat with a live person at 11 PM!They were able to get my info and I got a call the next morning. Sean was able to get out here shortly after and got my heater back up and running fast enough for me to get some rest before my shift at work. That was really appreciated! I had a really good experience using these guys and no doubt will call them in the future if I ever have problems again.
A huge thank you from all of us here at Goalcast Media! We needed some HVAC and air purification work done during our office remodel and call Trifecta to get a consult. Their phone staff was efficient, polite and very helpful. Dan the technician called ahead to let us know when he would be arriving, was very professional and knowledgeable during his consult, great at explaining our options using non-technical language and provided us a quote quickly. We interviewed two other companies but they seriously didn't cut it. With one company, tech arrived late for the appointment and had an attitude to boot. The other guys didn't even show up. We of course ended up choosing Trifecta and are very satisfied with our decision and highly recommend them!
We found a small stain on our ceiling and after investigating further saw a water drip from one of our furnaces in the attic. We shut the unit down and looked online and found Trifecta. They were able to schedule a service call the next day which was fine as it was not an emergency. Darwin came out on time and did an assessment and determined that the drain lines were clogged causing the water to back up and slowly drip out onto the ceiling. After quoting a price he cleared out the clogs, made sure everything was running right and recommended an extra drain pan with a water sensor to let me know if it happens again. Friendly and great service!
A friend recommended Trifecta...SO glad they did! Danny was beyond friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and answered all of our annoying questions :). He gave us options to either repair or replace, he did mention that my heater is over 20 years old and since we have had two previous repairs that were costly, he suggested it might be a good idea to think about replacing it. After adding up the past repairs plus the current one, I decided to replace the unit. New unit and new warranty – no worries!
The Friday night before my daughter's 6th birthday party and our heater goes out! We had a very large gathering planned on Saturday and having a home full of shivering guests was not on the agenda. Went online and searched for some reputable repair companies, called a few and the only one that actually returned my phone call on Saturday morning was Trifecta. Mary was really helpful and able to get someone out within the hour. Shawn arrived and boy was he quick at figuring out what went wrong – a bad CPU board. Since it was a part that was unique to my heater, he rushed out to pick it up and came back with time to spare to install it. Seriously saved the day for us and the party went off without a hitch. A big thank you to Trifecta especially their technician Tim, I was told by another company my compressor was bad and it would cost over $3k, he came over and found out the compressor was not bad. Tim found the problem was with something totally different. He fixed the problem in under an hour and saved me thousands. Thank you for the excellent tech you sent me! I will be using you from now on and refer you to anyone who asks me for a referral for an air conditioning company. I can't thank you enough!
