Referred to Holl Sheet Metal by a friend after. They were very responsive and answered all my questions promptly before I decided to use their service. The technician was on time, professional, and patiently explained to me of all options with pros and cons for my AC. They didn't try to sell me new units or services or push me to go with expensive options like another contractor I used. It's been a couple of months now since the repair. So far my system has been working great. For sure I am going back to them for my HVAC issues and needs
I would like to thank Antonio Soto from Bob Holl Heating & Air, for coming out this morning to fix our AC unit. Our AC unit went out last Saturday after detecting a burning odor coming from the vents. Soon after our Unit did not produce any air. This couldn't have happen at a worse time considering the week of record breaking heat on top of being a holiday 3 day weekend. We immediately called our home warranty company to get this handled. They were not able to send a provider out until Tuesday. The provider showed up, got on the roof top, looked the unit over, and stated, "I don't service these units, parts are to hard to get, you have to go all the to San Jose to get replacement parts" The unit was an American Standard made by Trane according to the Technician. This forced me to call my home warranty company back to obtain a new provider. 1 hour wait time to speak with someone. Was told we will get this dispatched right away. 4 hours later no word so another 1 hour wait call back. Finally received the name of new provider. Called left message. Wednesday morning still no word, I called provider. Provider is closed due to Covid won't be doing any service for a week. Called back home warranty, another 1 hour wait time. need another provider. Was given the name of a third provider, call them and was told Tuesday at the earliest to come out and see the problem. Called warranty back another 1 hour wait time. explained I can't wait until next Tuesday. Went a couple of rounds with them until they finally authorized me to find a provider out of contract to service my unit. I did some research and was provided with some recommendations. Finally I was given a five star rating from a friend who recommended Holl Sheet Metal Heating & Air. I called them Wednesday evening and explained my situation. They immediately put me on schedule as soon as they could, Friday between 5 to 7 am. The technician arrived promptly at 5:30 am and by 7 am my ac was blowing co

Holl Sheet Metal has been servicing my HVAC units for almost 20 years. Great job with doing regular maintenance. Always on time and keep things clean. The boot covers are a nice touch. Especially in the winter. Highly recommend for both Commercial or residential HVAC needs.
