Zac with ZACS AIR SYSTEMS repaired our heater recently. 12/10 Would recommend Zac to anyone needing heating, ventilated & air conditioning services! Zac responded fast, and came out the same day to take a look at our heater. We needed a part to repair our heater and Zac gave us options to go to Modesto to get the part, wait the shipping, or overnight it. We happily chose to wait the shipping. Zac updated us on the parts early arrival, and urgently came back to repair as soon as it arrived. We thank and appreciate Zac for his professionalism, communication, urgency, and overall quality of work. Moving forward, we will give him a call for any hvac need and always refer his business to friends, family & strangers! Thank you again Zac!
Zac was easy to get a hold of and remembered to text when he was on his way. He was able to fix the problem right away to restore my A/C and was thorough in inspecting the rest of my system despite it being sweltering outside. He explained what was broken and showed me what he was fixing and why. I highly recommend Zacs Air Systems!
Our AC started making a terrible noise and hasnt been working well. Called Zac yesterday, a Sunday, he answered and schedule an appointment with me for today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After about 20 minutes of him being on the roof he told us ours was the dirtiest he has seen in awhile. He spent quite a bit of time cleaning it and sure enough! The noise has stopped and the air inside is sooo much cooler! Great service, didnt try to charge me for things not needed. Wish I had called him earlier. Ill start using him for maintence once a year and any emergencies.
Called zac and he was able to set up a appointment within a hour of me calling him. He showed up on time and found the problem with my ac right away. Had my ac running in less then 30 mins. Definitely using zac again.
Just our luck. Our AC decides to quit on us during the hottest part of summer. I reached out to our regular guy and of course busy. Zac's came recommend and we jumped on it. He called me back pretty fast and managed to squeeze us in same day. He gave me a time between 4-6pm and actually showed up early. Prompt and professional. Couldnt have asked for better service. What a life saver. Of course on the hottest week of the year, my ac stopped working. Called multiple people and most were not able to come for a day or two. Called and said he'd be out next morning. Was able to quickly identify the problem and even had the part on hand that it needed. Price was pretty fair as well. Thanks again for speedy service.
I was really pleased with the quality and responsiveness of this company. I called on a Sunday morning and had a service repair man at my house and air conditioner repaired all within two hours. Zac had the part needed to replace the bad one. I couldn’t have been more pleased with a situation I thought was going to be a nightmare.
I called around all day to find a tech that would come out same-day to see what was wrong with my AC unit. Zac was here within 30 mins of calling and had us up and running with cool air within the hour. Friendly customer service, quick instalation, fair pricing! Zac was very professional and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He did a great job installing a mini split unit for our master bedroom. He showed up when he said he would and finished on time as well. He was very professional and personable. Will definitely recommend him and also use him for any future work.

I highly recommend Zac’s Air Systems. Not only did he show up on time, but he scheduled an earlier time with me when he had an opening pop up. He did a full and very thorough service on my AC unit, which you could see by the photos it definitely needed. I was just expecting a before summer service but he found a few maintenance issues that if left unattended would become an issue in the future. He gave me the option to fix them now (if I wanted to) to avoid a future service call. I opted for him to make the repairs and I thought his price was more than fair! After he was done we went inside for a function test and it was pumping out cold air faster than ever! I don’t often write many reviews like this, but I felt like it is well deserved in this case. I will be using him every year. Very happy and highly recommend!
Very professional when coming out and upgrading our heating and air system. The installer stayed with the job until the system was completely installed and working properly.
