Our heater went out over the weekend and on Monday between our appliance insurance and other private companies wanting us to wait over 10 days for service… saroni was able to come out in 2 days ! Logan was very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to get it repaired in less than an hour and fee/parts were reasonable priced!!! So glad I found them and that we get to sleep with some heat tonite! It’s been cold and we are so grateful to have found them

Saroni Heating is competent and professional. They do a superb job diagnosing and fixing both heating and air conditioning problems. They arrive on time and both the dispatchers and technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended.
I have used Saroni Heating once and was happy with the service. The heater stopped working and I was able to schedule service the same day. Logan, the technician, was courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem - it was a fault in the thermostat. Price was reasonable. I would use this firm again…. We since had Saroni install a new heat pump (July 2021). He made suggestions for improving the air handling that were spot on. We are very happy with the performance, comfort and with how quiet the new system is.

Excellent technical support and great service
If you want someone who really cares and loves helping people, Paul Sarone is that person. He is responsible, skilled and very fair minded. I had him do repairs on my 25 year old furnace (I should really have it replaced, as Paul has reccomended) for 12 years and he is there the day I call or next day. Dependability and trustworthiness is important with me. Paul has ran out of stars, 5 is not enough.
My furnace did not work after I replaced batteries. I called Saroni Heating since they did furance tune-up for before. I spoke with Paul and he seemed helpful. A couple of hours later he called me back saying that a technician happen to be around my neighbor and drop by. The technician came by and checked furnace. He then switched off and switched back on, Furnace started working. I asked him what's going, he said "I don't know" and just left without any explanation. Later on I called Saroni back and complained about the guy's poor professioalism and communication ability . My furance is not working again. Obviously the guy did not fix the problem, I doubt that he himself even knew what the problem is. Very disappointed !!!
If you want to stay cool in the summer call them
First met Mr. Saroni at my place of business. It was a hot day and very humid inside with my swamp coolers. He came up to me and said I needed air conditioning. I was not very receptive and told him I could not afford the electric bill for air conditioning. Over the next few months he was persistent. Then winter came on us and we were cold. I had a $1500-$1600 electric bill plus a $500 a month kerosene bill for our Monitor heaters and the place was still cold. So I called him and he gave me a very reasonable price. I can now say that my electric bill is only $900 and no kerosene bill. AND my place is nice and toasty warm. At that rate it will pay for itself in only a few months. Thank you Paul for the seamless business transaction with my new Mitsubishi heating and air unit. My customers thank you also!
