Wonderful experience all the way through the entire process, from initial consultation to the finished installation. Chuck and his crew of Dylan and Frank were knowledgeable, helpful, and sensitive to our particular needs. The work was done very professionally. The Bryant furnace is working quite well, replacing our 40-year old "blunderbuss!"
Franklin did the service at my home and he was just excellent. He was on time, he was courteous, he was professional, and he did an excellent job. He was also very thorough. We would request him if we could if we needed any more services.
Jacob installed a new wine cellar cooler and condenser for my wine room. He was extremely knowledgeable, on time, dependable, and excellent at keeping me informed of the process. I highly recommend Jacob and Zenda Heating & Sheet Metal. In fact, I will be having them service my furnace maintenance going forward.

Zenda Heating and Sheet Metal were amazing to work with. Our location is a large, 100 year old building. Chuck worked with us on a design that worked best for us. He understood our unique building, architectural constraints, and budget. Installation and fabrication were top notch and done very quickly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for HVAC work of any kind.

Zenda installed a custom Wine Cellar Cooling unit on our premises and even went to the trouble of installing a custom concrete slab for the unit. Extremely knowledgable and professional, taking the time to get the install perfect. In fact, they even ensured the drain line was perfectly angled and flushed. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and the level of knowledge required to get a custom unit like this running smoothly and charged. I wont use anyone else.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with Zenda and hope it was just an outlier as previous reviews for them seem positive. TLDR: I was charged a $125 fee for a tech to tell me my furnace was broken and needed to spend $1,000+ to install a brand new heater for my home... PG&E came out a month later to inspect the same problem and lit the pilot light in roughly 10 minutes and it' has been working perfect for months now. ---------------------------- I Had a rep come to my house and inspect my furnace as the pilot light was not staying lit. He stated the gas valve was broken and needed to be replaced and would provide me the part number so I could look it up and find a replacement. A few days passed and eventually he sent me an email with a list of estimates on installing a brand new heating system for the house, all $1,000 + options, which is clearly not what I wanted. When I emailed back asking about the replacement part we discussed and what would be needed to replace it, he never responded. I reached out to him again 3-4 more times over a few months and he never responded. The company made it clear that they would want me to purchase a brand new system for my house instead of doing a cheaper repair option. I understand a business needs to make money but it was unfortunate they had to be dishonest and not help me with my issue.

I chose Zenda for fabricating and installing copper gutters and downspouts for my home. I received estimates from a number of local vendors and decided to work with Zenda. Not only was their estimate within my budget, it included options for a variety of upgrades, and was submitted in a timely manner. Their responsiveness has been exemplary, returning calls and emails quickly. I also want to acknowledge Abel for the work he and Esteban did, installing the new gutters and downspouts. They look beautiful, and we're so pleased with the outcome. Abel was so conscientious and professional, before and during the installation. He communicated thoughts and questions clearly and in a timely manner. During his work, he kept the area neat and well organized, cleaning-up thoroughly at the end of each day. I enthusiastically recommend Zenda for fabricating and installing gutters and downspouts.

While we initially had a few issues with communication and scheduling, once the owner, Chuck, was made aware, he personally came to our home to take a look at the duct work in our heating unit. He took the time to answer all our questions, made sure we understood what work was being done, and we are satisfied with Zenda HVAC. Thank you, Chuck!
Went there yesterday to get some sheet metal pieces for my brother that were 2inches by 6 inches and Chuck did a fantastic job at helping me. Very professional. If you need anything like sheet metal pieces, and heating go see Chuck Zenda For all of your needs he will help you the way he helped me
Zenda Heating was professional and efficient. Chuck Zenda came over to give us a estimate with different options to suit our needs. We liked the honesty of Chuck and his employees not trying to push products/ services on us that we didn’t need. We asked about a new heating system and Chuck was honest, and said our heating system was fine and efficient enough. We appreciated his input. We will definitely use them again for any future needs.
Fabricated new, custom downspout with tight tolerances to perfection. Though just a walk in with a very small job request, I was treated like a customer with an industrial sized project. AOK!
Zenda Heating and Sheet Metal just installed a new heater and air conditioner in my home this month, June 2020. The work was done on time with such professionalism. Their employees were very courteous and kept the job moving along. The workmanship was excellent and they finished in a timely fashion. I picked the right company for sure!
I remodeled my home and as a result removed the old heater and all of the ducts. Chuck and Kyle designed the new duct system and heater vent locations. Kyle installed the new ducts, etc... and later the high efficiency heater. His work was impeccable. I am very happy with end result. I highly recommend this company and suggest you request Kyle to respond to all of your HVAC needs.
